at first i thought this massager was for little kids. let me back up. im the least flexible person i know. im extremely tense. my entire body. its gotten worse since i drive Lyft and Door Dash full time. im 5 10 weigh 195. played football for 10 years. fought MMA since 2018. recently ive been getting lower back pain up to my rhomboids (between my back should blade and spine) as to why i purchased this. i was about to return it because i wasnt using it correctly. THIS MASSAGER IS AMAZING. ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. better than any massage gun ive had used or physical therapist has used. then you add the heat. Wow. it fits perfectly between my shoulder blades and doesnt touch my spine. dont lay on it but definetely lean back and let the nodes dig into your back better than any massuse. i thought it broke but the unit WILL NOT charge even if only the heat is on. the unit has to be completely off for it to charge. The unit will work will the cable is plugged in but the battery will not charge. works great in my car. ill lean my seat back while i wait for a ride or order to pop up. if you want to get real serious, get the bob and brad mini q2 massage gun and some compression sleeves for your legs. i used the massage gun on my thights up to my psoas muscle with this massage unit between my rhomboids and alter it down to my lower back. i frequently sauna/steam room and use this massager right after so my muscles are relaxed. ill also take my massage gun and massage my chest so it opens up my chest while the massager hits my rhomboids. i feel like my posture has gotten better and ive had this massage unit for a few weeks. back pain completely gone. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS FOR EVERYONE. you dont need back pain to purchase this. its better to prevent than treat. prevent the back pain then you dont have to treat it.

I strained my middle back muscles and this tool was great for helping me get through the pain. The heat is great for helping loosen up tense muscles.

The heat and massaging is great for my neck. It relieves the tension on a daily basis.

Helps me on the not so good feeling days! I suffer from Fibro and am always in pain, this helps a bit on those stiff neck or back days!

It works really great. I feel a little relief when using. It’s cheaper than going to a massager, when you have this equipment right in your house. I’m still trying to learn the best way to use it.

I love that it is portable, and that it massages in two different directions. The heat option is also great. It really is like having my own personal therapist ready to help me whenever I need it
