Mainly bought this massager to help stabilize my wife's neck as her neck as it can become week and randomly loose control of her neck muscles. But I also got it for the messaging capabilities too. While the messaging and heat helps her tired/week neck it however slides away from the neck when she moves it. So (the flaw) is that you must always have your hands on the front handles to keep the unit on your shoulders/around your neck or keep something propped behind the unit (like a couch or head rest). Still a great machine despite the flaw.

The strength of the device is not optimal but gets the job done better than most others. Wait till its on sale to buy.

This small and relatively inexpensive device works quite well. The massage feature works so well we (my wife and I) have to hold it a bit loose and the heat function works better than any device I have ever tried. It gets so hot neither of us can stand to hold it to our necks for a very long time. If I were to find any fault with this item it would be that I would like to be able to use the heat function without the massage feature at times.

I was trying to find a neck pillow to use while gaming, but instead found this. It is a nice massager and with the heat function on it loosens up a tight neck nicely. Down side is it is a little on the hard side, but does the job. I wouldn't use it for an extended period of time.

The heat is great but it takes a little while to warm up. I was hoping that I could cover more of my neck, but it is somewhat limited what it covers. The design requires you to move it around to cover more of your neck. It does not really cover the base of your neck.

I bought this for my mother who has neck issues, and it ended up being too rough for her to use. Plus it plugs into the wall, so its restrictive on its use. Not easy to get comfortable when you have to lay a wire across your chest. Could've had a better design, but it is well constructed and really digs into your neck muscles to get knots loosened up.

Feels good when I need to relax. It really massages the neck more than the shoulders.

Never had a "real" massage but this works wonders. The heat gets a little too high to my preference, but it helps relieve tension and helps me relax.

I have had neck pain for years used a lot of products this one is the best I can sit up in bed watch TV put this around my neck and feel it working. The heat is awesome. You can pull on the straps to make the pressure to your liking. It gets both sides off your neck at the same time.

I like this product as it is very handy and convenient to carry along. It does what it supposed to. It is better if you use it with a chair that is not to tall in the back so you can feel more confortable!

It's nice and it can hurt a little, but overall it can be handy when you need a neck massage.

I bought the item as a gift for my mother who has shoulder and neck pain from time to time, she love it. Very convenient, she uses it when watching TV or at bedtime. The price is reasonable, too.

I like the massager. It is a good addition becsuse my back massager does not quite get to my neck and sholders.

The only reason I didn't give it five stars is the cord somewhat limits where you can use it. You have to sit near an outlet. But it works great.
