Our ac broken. A specific room was unsafely hot with the heatwave. This fan cooled it down enough that it was better than the other rooms very quickly.

This is a great compact fan for a small area such as a bedroom. I would not use it as a primary fan, because I personally don't think its very powerful. I have central ac and use it to cool off and it serves that purpose.

Love it. Have always wondered if tower fans really work and was surprised how great this Honeywall QuietSet Tower Fan is. You can turn the oscillation on/off and it's quiet enough to run over night in a bedroom without disturbing your sleep.

Fan moves a lot of air around a room. The white noise and other features is a big plus also.

Nice and quiet but honestly that the only good thing. Absolutely not enough air flow. On high you still have to be within 3 feet of it to feel anything and then it wasn’t very much.

I bought this one because of the Honeywell name and it is called QuietSet. It is ok, lots of breeze but the noise from White noise won't let me sleep. The remote is nice to have but they are missing the button for to turn off the lights on it. Other than that they also missed the setting for the timer, they give you 1 hour, 2 hours, 4 and 8 (what happend to 3?) Which is the one I usually would prefer. I was going to get this one Lasko Bladeless Tower Fan with Remote Control - Silver Model:AC615SKU:6357173 - I wish I had. I just checked the best buy website to compare decibels on each but they don't show that specification anymore.
