Bought this unit because we were tired of renting carpet cleaners and having to haul them to and from the store. This is a great solution to that problem. We should have bought this sooner.

Very easy to start using

There's no extra set up steps other than connecting the tanks. Beware of hair balls! If you have anybody in the house that sheds hair or fur, the brushes will spin the hair right into a ball and either clog the machine or spit them out to the side. Regardless it does a terrific job cleaning, it would be better if it made the water hot.
