I have cream colored carpet, 3 kids, and a dog. This thing is a life saver. It works very well and saves me from having to rent a carpet cleaner or pay for the service all the time. Very glad I made the small investment.

We recently bought a previously owned dining table . We didn’t consider it might have animal odors on it beyond our olfactory’s ability to detect, but our cat did. Unbeknown to us, he began marking the carpet boardering the dining room on a daily basis for a number of weeks before we realized where the odor was coming from. After reading reviews we bought the Hoover-Power Scrub Elite. It took a number of passes, but with the addition of pet odor remover solution, we were able to get the stink out. The unit definitely is great for pulling the added moisture back out with minimal drying time.

i jumped right in and started to use this product on my carpets and im in love with it! not only does it but it rinses then picks up the dirty water as promised. i am impressed for the money spent how well this product works.

I had previously bought(and returned twice ) a comparable bissell machine beucase a part was broken both times... I decided to change brands and I was a little worried because this product was cheaper. It works like a charm and dries faster than I expected. No issues so far.. happy :)

The vacuum works well. It uses the solution and fills the dirty water tank really fast. I had to empty 2 times on living room alone. There were still some spots even though I pre-treated spots. It definitely leaks when turned off so be sure to rush it to the tile and sink or put towels under. Happy with product for the price.

I bought this to replace an older model Hoover that we had for several years. I am very happy with the upgrade. This cleans my carpet well and it dries quickly. It's easy to add the water and soap and easy to dump the old water from. Very happy with my purchase.

Was looking for something affordable that had a great rating and came across this one. Super easy to use- love that the clean water basin is big I’ve had one in the past that I had to stop and refill multiple times before a room was cleaned. I also like the quick clean option on the dial for little spills.

Good for small and large stains, have to empty and refill water and solution often

Wife wanted something that we didn’t have to rent and lug around we used this the day we got it on some areas that had some grandkid spills on the rug and it worked great ended up doing the whole room and it worked better than the one you rent

I chose this after debating on getting one twice the price. I’m so glad I got this one. It is very easy to use and has worked wonders on carpets. The drying time a bit longer than stated if fan not used. Definitely would recommend

Works well to maintain your carpets clean. I wouldn't say it replaces need for a professional clean here and there but will definitely help maintain it clean longer. I have not had any issues with it leaking water.

We used to have an older, scrub brush unit that left lots of water in the carpet. This cleaner is a beast and it works GREAT! I love the water extraction feature, as you can walk on your carpet within a few hours, not the next day!

got it on sale, had new carpet installed and a new puppy so figured it would be a nice item to have around during the house training phase and it has come in handy a few times, not necessarily because of the puppy but still it works great

I can't express it enough how much this shampooer cleans my carpet! The dogs pee or poop in the house and this cleans it right up as if it never happened!

I love this Hoover Shampooer. I would say money well spent. Once I clean my carpet it looks like brand new carpet. I suggested it to one of my friends she recently purchased the same Hoover and she love it.

I'm a Hoover fan so when my 20 year old Hoover hit the road I wanted a cost effective replacement. Nice clean design and improved over my old cleaner.

My wife has used it at least once a week as we have 3 dogs. It works great our carpet is deep piled so that should answer some questions. Pair it with a high rated carpet cleaner and it will work wonders for you.

This is the way to go if you are planning to save money. Renting one of these would easily cost you about $40/day. owning one of these is necessary in case your pets have an accident. Works very well.
