This shampooer does everything needed. It’s gotten up some pet accidents and picks up almost all water used to clean. The added heat from the unit helps carpets dry in a couple hours.

We have pets and were renting rug doctors every other weekend it seems. This unit has saved us a lot of money and does just a great a job as the larger rig doctor units we used to rent.

Great deep cleaner for carpets. Easy to assemble with box to start up of less than 5 minutes. Tanks easy to fill, easy to remove/insert, and easy to clean. Cleaned carpet as expected.

I have a puppy and carpet, we all know where this is going. After using this a few times the pee smell is gone and I can breath again!

We have 2 cats and this machine really does well at picking up cat hair that the vacuum can’t also clean up is easy however the black filter bag should be made better ours tore after first use

Works fine. I had some stains in dinning room carpet, presprayed and machine did good job of taking the stains out. I do wish the tanks were a little larger but overall it is a good product. I got t on sale for $129.99. Great price. Would buy again.

It is more complicated to use than what we expected. Once we got the cleaner operating, we were pleased with the results. The price was excellent and we feel we got our money's worth for this product.

My wife wanted a carpet cleaner. 2 kids and 3 cats..... She used this machine and loves it. She used to have a Bissle and that broke. She says this one is even better than her old one.

Very well made. This cleaner gets everything out of the carpet. It dries super fast and leaves the carpet smelling great. If you have pets, this is what you need.

Deep clean seating works really well. Takes long to dry for me. Like a day. But gets rid if my dirty spots. And I have dogs and mud regularly. Quick setting works well too and dries in like 2 hours or less. But not as big a difference and the deep setting. Cleans up fine and easy to fill. Only down side is that you have to refill the container with warm/hot water and solution which for me is a bunch since I take my time and try to make sure stains are out good. But still worth the money if you want your carpets clean and dont want to pay the money for the higher end ones.

This unit handles really old carpets that are packed with dirt and lots of dog hair. It is able to do a deep clean and still the carpet will get dry very quickly.

Purchased it and happy with the outcome. However, I was also Hoping it works on my kitchen tile but it did not. On carpet it works perfectly.

This is a very good cleaner. Done a very good job on my carpets. the whole apt., is carpet. Also comes with attachments for cleaning upholstery . Very happy with this cleaner.
