    I bought this shampooer because the carpet in my new house bonus room smelled horrible of dog urine. didn't have high expectations and assumed that i would be replacing carpet. I was wrong. it took a few cleanings, but there is no trace of there ever being dogs in our bonus room.

    This machine work me hard. It kept bringing up dirt. It had been a few years since my mom had her carpet cleaned. I picked this up at our local Best Buy. No problems with curbside pickup and the price was right. I do recommend this machine for the performance and the price!

    This unit replaced an older Hoover carpet cleaner and I must say the advanced technology makes this one a winner! Powerful suction, scrubbing brushes and the heated water are a welcome addition. The hand tool was easy to connect and did a nice job on my carpeted car mats. Good value for a moderately priced machine.
