I purchased this carpet cleaner to clean up pet stains and was very pleased with how well it works. I was really impressed at how much pet hair it picked up even after a very meticulous vacuuming job. I do wish the tanks were bigger...

Quick clean worked well. Be careful not to over use the trigger though. you will have wet carpet for awhile. suction not strong enough to get solution out of a 3/4" carpet pad. Rookie mistake in my part. Use water sparingly and it should work fine. great price.

My 10 year old model had done its' share of carpet cleaning esp with an elderly cat living in the house - this new one can keep up with the issues that arise and it is lighter in weight and the suction has improved immensely

It started off amazing, cleaned up everything our past wouldnt. Lighter in weight with nice sized tanks. You do want to be sure to deep clean tanks or they get nasty quickly. It is starting to not work as well now but maybe it needs a deeper clean, not sure yet

I had a Brissel that was working fine but my wife wanted something to cover large spaces. We have retired the Brissel and and now only use this one. glad we bought it.

I've owned a few Hoover carpet cleaners. While I am satisfied with this product, it doesn't seem to be built for longevity as past products have lasted years. Guess I'll see if I will continue to rave about the Hoover carpet cleaners.

We had to get a new Rug Cleaner and the Geek Squad recommended this model. So far it has been even easier to use than our old Hoover.

It is working good, just I have a little problem with the first one that I did get, but Best Buy send me back a new piece, thanks.

I bought this because I got tired of renting a rug doctor every time I need my carpets cleaned. It works really good and picks up all the dirt. I was suprised.

It’s done a great job of cleaning my carpet, but at the same times I can’t exactly count on it to suck up much of mess on the floor like pieces of paper, hair or anything like that.

Wow, simply wow. And I thought my carpet was clean, just needed to get a few stains out. Good product, no regrets at all!

This is my first cleaner with separate tanks for clean and dirty water. This makes it so much easier for cleanup when I am finished. They also hold more water so less trips!

i love this shampooer, can easily go from shampooing my room, taking it up 2 stories and shampoo my car. the suction is amazing and pulls quite a bit of water out.

I can tell where Hoover tried to improve but it still doesn’t have the great high CFM like bigger machines. I’m looking for more power and this doesn’t cut it. This machine can be good for small clean ups but if you want to say clean a whole couch it’s not really that good. It left so much water and soap on my couch and you have to keep going over the areas so many times. Not happy but Should any issues arise I have the warranty which I’ll use to get my money back. And invest to something better. All and all it’s great to clean small areas.

Seems to work well for simple home use. The extra handheld attachment is handy. Used this on some old nasty carpet in a rental home and it made a definite difference

But my wife says it works well. I'm sure after I post this I'll soon find out how it runs! When that happens I'll rate it again if you remind me.

We were in the market for a new cleaner . We were in Best Buy for another purchase and saw this cleaner . It was on sale and we purchased it .

Replaced old unit with this Hoover, happy with the results so far. Amazing how much junk is down in the carpets, it gets out the stains and the dirt.

This is my 2nd Hoover with no regret. The first lasted many years with use almost monthly. Good extraction which speeds the drying process.

We only have a small amount of carpet in our home so not really worth it to have pro come in. This machine has worked wonders on a very high traffic area!
