This device did a better job spreading the dirt than cleaning it up. I have a small walking path that is dirtier than the rest of my carpet and the scrubber does not scrub hard enough but actually spreads the dirt out to the side so now I have a small path that spread at the part where I tried to clean the carpet.

I ended up using a squirt bottle and solution to clean the items needed and the upholstry hose to suck the moisture out of those items. The water/solution dispenser would not work at all. Very disappointing.

Posted .Hi Megs, We want to get your upholstery cleaner working, so below are couple things we'd like for you to check on. See steps below:
•Make sure the solution port is fully aligned and in place (beside where the hose attaches to the product)
•Hold the trigger at carpet level to prime when pulling. May take several seconds
•Make sure you add water/solution to the clean water tank and it is securely on the unit/lockedi into place
•Make sure unit is in the upright position
