    This cleaner was a bit of a let down. I have bought cheaper ones with better cleaning power. It has the dual tank system which is why i buy Hoover over Bissell, but this one seems poorly made and the quality is low compared to other cleaners as well.

    We purchased this for future use. We put it together so it is ready when we decide to use it. It came as scheduled in good condition. All parts were in the box. Since we have not actually used it some of the answers might not be true but we are confident it will take care of our needs. We do not have a pet.
