Not worth the money

We ended up returning to the store and bought a bissell proheat 2x revolution which cleaned and scrubbed the floor way better than the Hoover elite. The Hoover left so much dirt, dog hair, and cat hair in the carpet that it came up in clumps when we went over with the bissell. Do not recommend the Hoover elite at all.

Worked for a few days

It delivered the first and second time but on the third it wouldn’t spit the water out. We always cleaned it up after each use and we made sure no fluids were left in the containers. I know it may have been a lemon from the batch. Exchanging and seeing how well the second one does.
