First off, I had to drive 45 minutes to pick this item up and 45 minutes back home only to find it used and filthy dirty with lots of damage. Being that I didn't purchase a used item (or open box) I was perturbed to say the least. So in order to do an exchange I had to travel to that same store! When I received the SECOND machine, it too was an open box and used with a dead bug in the machine (with a few scratches and other debris in the machine). To make matters worse the attachments weren't in the box! I'm concerned with the waste of time I have done researching a shampooer only to receive 2 used units when I ordered a new one! This is not what I expect from a huge supplier like Best Buy. This experience has been truly draining and unfair to me as an honest customer.

First, it was so light i held my 10 month old while using it. The carpet dried pretty fast after i cleaned it. Removing the dirty water container was easy. Wish i had a bigger house so I can keep cleaning! Would recommend to others. This is only my first time using it, but i loved it!

Need to put a tape to put it together again. I keep calling hoover costumer service , but no one answer. So i will say its not recommended.
