Structure flexes. Have not used it yet. My old Hoover v steam pet was rigid, repairable and worked great for 12 years and held up to weekly use. Get the 4 yr warranty, if this does a good job cleaning it wont last 4 yrs. At least with the warranty you may get more than a few years from this "recycled Dixie Cup".

This unit did not seem to scrub as well as that unit, but the carpet was a lot drier. i also like that it had larger tanks so i have to refill them less often. I've only used this once, but with two small children and a dog, im sure ill get plenty of use out of it.

Ease of use but a lot of empty dirty water
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I brought this cleaner yesterday and the big downfall is the dirty water tank fills way to fast I think there is a problem with the sensor in the tank that says it is full when there is less than 16 ounces of water in it

Buyer Beware!!!!

My cleaner's motor rusted out in less than 6 months. Hoover refused to fix the "elite" machine even though they claim to have a 24-month warranty. The warranty, as well as customer service is a joke! You are better off going with a different brand.
