Did not even last one week & stopped working. Best Buy return window closed. Contacted hover-1 support services, created a ticket but haven’t heard back from them at all! Also tried calling, but nobody answers their toll free number.

Until it stopped working in less then a month. Well, more like it never turns off. The on/off button doesnt function anymore so the hover board cant be shut off. The annoying part, it beeps non stop when the battery starts to run low and plugging it in does nothing to stop it.
