Only had it for about 3 weeks (but its only been open for about 10 days). If it wasn't a present and opened immediately, i would of exchanged it, but we missed the 2 week window.

They were stocked. I thought they would take time to learn them. They tried them and they have been on the daily since!. They love them.

Wouldn't turn on

It was my 8 year old daughters big gift and it was disappointing. I returned it and got a cheaper one from wal mart that has been amazing.

My kid loved it and used it around the house only. It lasted two weeks and now it doesn't work. I missed the deadline to return by one day. Bestbuy won't accept it and I called the company that makes the hoverboard (hover1) and still no response. Save your money and invest in a better quality hoverboard.
