Great hoover board. My son loves it. Very steady. Love it.

Would not charge. I called store and they said they would exchange but when my daughter went there they refused to exchange due to 15 day policy. This was a present for my grandson. She had receipt and was not asking for refund just exchange for a working item.

The kids love it. Must be under 160lbs. They had a blast

We have less than 10 minutes of use on this thing and now it just beeps. We have recalibrated it 100 times and reached out to Hover-1 for support and haven't heard anything back from them. Its been over a month. I would avoid this product.

DO NOT BUY THIS! Broke within the first week. Best Buy gave me a hard time, but took the return and I spent $100 more and bought the hover-1 ranger. That one stopped working and charging before we even had it 3 weeks! Took it back to Best Buy and they said sorry BUT YOUR 2 WEEK window for returns is passed. You would have to spent $50 to get our membership for us to exchange it or give you a return. RIDICULOUS! BEST BUY is awful! This hoverboard is awful. I will NEVER buy from best buy again and will share my experience and their policies on returns to everyone I can.

We bought two of these with the understanding that they were compatible with HOVER-1 Karts but when we received them we quickly determined that they were not due to the fact that the footpads on the HOVER-1 Blast are raised above the deck and once the pads of the Kart are attached, the weight of the kart keeps the pads "engaged" creating a very unsafe condition for the user since the scooter will not shut off. I had reached out to HOVER-1 support for guidance over a week ago and still no response which has now taken us past our return date with Best Buy.

Order for a replacement as it was broken and quality to be improved

Got this for my son as the Xmas gift, he's been having fun riding it around the house.

My daughter loves her bew hoover board. Its not too fast and lights up on the wheels. The colors are vibrant and bright. I recommend this product.

unfortunately my daughter got to ride this inside once and now it won't charge and just keeps beeping we were hoping it would be a better outcome but we will be returning this item
