We had ro exhange this twice. One came wirhout the charger, the next one came broken, and the one we kept (but still replaced with a different hover board) was starting to break just like the other one. My 8 year old son who weighs 70lbs is the only using it indoors and after 1 week the center starts to sag, and we’ve realize its because a screw holds the majority of the tension and foes directly into the plastic body, so naturally that breaks after a few uses. We gave it away to another kid after buying a completely different model. Best buy was amazing each time we exhanged, but this board is not worth buying if you want to actually use it. The weight limit is something like 170lbs and cant handle 70lbs more than 7 days, indoors.

Bad quality don’t recommend this item for no one bad product

Order 1 for my son for Christmas. It didn’t charges so I sent it back to Best Buy where they had to order me another one it came on Jan 4 he rode it for about 10/15 days now it don’t work won’t charge it turn on

My grand kids love it and the speed is just right for my 7 year old it came earlier then we expected and it was in a safe wrapped packaging and the color is good for boys or girls

Probably one of the best purchases I made this holiday season. My son loves it. He spends the whole day on this thing. It is much easier to balance on then I thought it would be.

I purchased this Hover 1 for my son but it didn’t work from day 1. I was very sad to see the disappointment of my Son. This supposed to be his Christmas gift but it was not working ( not charging either).

My son loves it, very high quality product, very good battery.

Works great and no issues out of the box. My 9 year old son learoto ride it in a few hours. Only issue is my 6 year old now wants one. Would definitely buy it again!

The Kids Love It. Right Out Of The Box Before It Could Get Fully Charged Up It Was Zooming All Around The House. One Of The Best Christmas Presents For Sure.

Well the first one I purchased was DOA. It worked for about 15 minutes, and would not turn on after that. BB had to order a new one, sucks my son couldn't enjoy his present on Christmas Day.

I bought this for my son's Christmas gift, it's not power-on at all. I charged it for 5 hours not power on i charged again its not power on at all. I returned back and i got my money refunded.

My daughter loves this toy. However the right footpad is having issues detecting that she's standing on it now. It worked perfectly the first week. This is a Christmas present that we've had for less than a month. I do not recommend this.

Very unsatisfied. I have riden on quite a few hoverboards And I have to say this one is by far the most unsafe one that I've ever ridden on. Guess you can't expect much for $100 but It's hard to believe that they even put this on the shelf. It completely lags and stops functioning when moving forward at times causing me to almost fall offices number of times. I stopped using it after only a couple of days. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!

was not what i expected. more suited for a younger child than my teenage son.

DO NOT BUY!! It won't charge. It was my son Christmas guft and stop working within 2 weeks. The best buy customer service was really good and change it. And the secon unit last 3 weeks.... DO NOT BUY Now my can't enjoy his Christmas gift.

My grandson loves this. He is rough and a piece did break off the corner.

Bought these for my 5 and 8 year old sons. They love them and are currently tearing up my trim and floors until the weather gets nice.

I bought two of these and they did not charge at all. I had to exchange both items each time. My son had the worst experience and he was not able play on it at all.
