It lasted 3 weeks and then began throwing her off due to a battery issue. Unfortunately this was 1 week beyond the Best Buy return window so i had to contact Hover-1 directly. It has been 6 weeks now and a few follow-ups on my side, which Hover-1 has not responded to. I called their customer service line on many occasions and it immediately goes to voicemail. Negative complaints online are rampant. I got ripped off and I don’t think Best Buy should sell these unsupported products.

No Fun

Just when the fun is starting, it starts saying over and over that the battery is low. Then it takes hours to recharge. Smh. I would not buy this one again.

Durability Issues

Best Buy was able to exchange for a new one which is working fine. Concerns around product durability.

One wheel goes crazy and won't stop. It makes it hard to ride because it's uncontrollable. I don't think I would purchase again.

He now has to wait until next month for replacement to be shipped as none available in dtore. Bummer!!

Once was broken on the inside and ended up snapping right in the middle upon first use (my daughter is about 50 lbs) and the other LOOKS like it’s going to end up snapping in the middle at some point in the same place (my son is 60 lbs). All that money and had to throw the first one out then worry about the second one breaking. Never again.
