Terrible product
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The first one I bought had a tire issue, I went to exchange for a new one I had to return that one too!! The battery was faulty it would not stay charged . I returned it got my money back!!

Garbage

After 5 minutes of riding it suddenly stops. Battery is fully charged. It will not stay on. Customer service is horrible. I opened up a ticket and they asked for recipt. I sent it and never heard from them again.

Gets me to work and back all

I use it for 2 mile work and gets me there in 15 minutes with traffic and what not. Also i weigh 140lbs so it takes me quickly . If your looking get one for commute this will do trust me.

Terrible product and customer service

It would not run so I contacted Hoover 1 their customer service was terrible and only offered a 15% discount to purchase another one. No solution to fix the one I had paid for, do not buy this product and customer service is horrible!
