This is junk

The replacement's screen flashed bright white every time the computer was turned on. After 3 days it flashed white while in use & died. Drove the 30 mile round trip back to Best Buy and got another replacement. DOA, screen said, corrupt or missing operating system Reload. Back to beat Buy for another replacement. Same flashing white screen, & died within 1 hour of use. Took back to Best Buy for a refund. I told the Geek Squad person that HP has gotten a series of bad video chips or something of that nature and they apparently have no testing or quality control before shipping their product. Geek Squad said they would test the returned units to find out what the failure was & email me the results. They never did. I bought a Dell online & it's working fine.
