I really like the Chrome OS. So easy to store things in the cloud and transfer safely. When my 1st Chrome died in January, I used my old Dell desk top. Could wait to get this Chromebook. SO EASY ! plug it in, turn it on, sign it and viola ! every picture, every document, my email, my saved pages ! right there. I recommend Chrome to anyone. Reliable and so many options.

Easy to set up and download and sync with phone settings saved as well as history and bookmarks etc. remotely accessed work pc and there were no issues with speed or functionality. So far the only complaint would be the mouse pad as it is slow and not as reactive as the rest of the hardware. Would recommend using a separate mouse.

Fantastic little machine. Solid battery life.
I originally bought two for the kids to use while COVID schooling, but since the schools provided their own hardware one found its way into my home lab and another was sent to my sister-in-law for online college classes. I use this to hop around all of my home gadgets quickly and easily. It's incredibly light weight so I don't mind having it on my lap while streaming something on my tv. I think of it as a basically a Linux tablet with an attached keyboard.

I was able to jump on a deal for this Chromebook and was surprised on how nice it was for the price. First of all this will still receive updates from Google for five more years, something you don't normally see with Chromebooks of this price. Also the specs, speed, and quality of this matches those double or triple the price. If you do not need a touch screen Chromebook, this is a solid choice that will do everything that you need a Chromebook to do.

Purchased two of these for my boys to use for their homeschooling. They use chrome books and google classroom for school so they were already familiar with the setup. These are great for them. Super easy to use, camera, mic, and sound Quality are all decent. These chrome books are decent and affordable. Will probably get my boys through at least a few more years of school.

This is a fast and easy to use. I bought it so I had a 15” screen for my live stream yoga class and it turned out to be my go to device! Best Buy offered anti viral software that isn’t even compatible with this Chromebook and made it very difficult to get another that worked with it. After research, turns out you don’t need that software anyway......love my Chromebook but dislike Best Buy customer service....

I bought this for my grandson's sixth birthday. He loves it and is able to navigate it with ease. He uses it to watch music videos and tik tok (whatever that is). He wanted his own chromebook, instead of using his dad's laptop to complete school assignments during the school closure during the pandemic. It was easy to download and access the work assigned by his teacher. It is light and perfect for a new user.
I would recommend this chrome book.

I bought this as a Christmas present for a close family member who pretty much uses it mostly for web browsing. Has only had good things to say about using it and using it pretty much daily. Doesn't have the slowness issues had with a Windows operating system and finger crossed, no viruses yet. This was one of the less expensive Chromebooks on sale when I bought it and compared to their previous laptop which I used, it has outperformed. Would definitely recommend purchasing for someone who uses for daily web browsing use.

It perfectly serves the intended purpose. Office & most educative programs are pre installed. Very friendly usage! My daughter is only 11 years, but she uses it for homework & other project with ease. I really like it, & will recommend it for everyone without hesitation.

I use this as a secondary computer when I don’t feel like sitting at my desk and using my All-In-One. Great for surfing the web and chatting with friends. Wish the screen was a little sharper, but given the low price it’s good enough for me. Battery lasts a long time and I like that it recharges via USB-C.

I know that there are some people that are hesitant to jump onto the Chromebook bandwagon, but if you are only looking for a lightweight system to surf the Internet, watch movies, and create simple and straight forward documents/presentations, then this is the perfect setup. It is fast, intuitive, and has everything you need. The layout, hot keys, functionality, can take some getting time to get used to; however, it's easy to pick up. The Google account integration is outstanding as well.

I purchased this laptop for my son to use for school. They run on Google everything. IT'S PERFECT! I have used it myself, for work. It's not completely compatible unless I download Microsoft apps. I have learned to make Google Docs and Sheets work and then convert over once I'm at work. We use this off a hotspot and have great connection! I highly recommend this; great machine for a great price!!

I bought this Chromebook for an elderly relative who kept accidentally downloading malware (clickbait) on her PC. For her needs (web browser for Gmail, Social Media, site surfing), this is perfect. She has poor eyesight, but the keys on this keyboard have enough contrast for her to see them. The screen is large and bright, and the Chromebook is light enough that she can easily move it. I waited a couple of months to review, to see if it would hold up, and it has. She loves her new Chromebook! For the price point, this is a great deal.

If you're looking for a portable computer that can do video editing or just for watching videos with an amazing sound system built in, this is the laptop for you. I got one with a terabyte solid state hard drive. It's no secret that Apple is in the business to make money... just a warning that all of this comes with a hefty price. I paid around $3000.. but I do a lot of video editing so I factored in the extra amount I would have had to pay for video editing software, not to mention all of the other software that comes with a Mac at no extra cost. One warning...you will have to shell out for DVD making software since they no longer support iDVD if you want to make DVD's of your grandchildren's birthday parties as I do. Also a DVD player and burner is extra since they no longer build them into their laptops. Honestly though, if all you want to do is surf the web and read emails and get on Facebook or YouTube, I'd just buy a much less expensive PC. You can get a Chromebook for around $200. that will do that for you. They probably aren't built to last as long as Mac's but "who cares?" at that price. I'm sorry, if you're a gamer, I'm not, so I can't comment on how this laptop would work in the gaming world. I does have a fast processor...so maybe it might be good?
