    I ended having to do a refund because my purchase came with a one month Xbox play code. Cashier never asked for my email or phone number. We do a refund and add in my email and phone number only to be told that the code will be emailed, I Asked when will that be, they said idk. I bought this almost a month ago and still have not gotten it. Disgusting.

    My rating is poor due to the lack of knowledge of the salesman. They stated I needed to buy additional software which ultimately cost me an additional $90. I later found out after starting up the computer that the software is included free for the first year. I attempted many times to get a refund in the software that I still haven’t used. And they store and customer service were useless and did not care about my situation.

    Wasn’t the color I was supposed to get I didn’t order a Chromebook laptop they sent me a Chromebook laptop they missed up my whole order I didn’t have time to go back and forth with anyone or to return something that they messed up with I kept the laptop but I won’t order from here again
