This was my first laptop purchase, We started a business and we bought all the things we needed to start off successful and this was definitely one of the best. I was a worried that I wasn’t buying a big enough processor, but it definitely has its purpose. I’ve never had an issue even though I purchased the geek squad protection plan. Unfortunately, I never had to use it. unfortunately with moving around a lot I lost the charger, but that was the easy fix to replace.

Really good laptop. Includes Microsoft office for 1 year. I love the color and it is really light.

I bought this computer to be able to work from home or remotely when I need too and it has been perfect. The battery holds its charge, the size is perfect and the touch screen is a nice feature I didn’t think I would enjoy as much as I do. It does not have a lot of memory so I can speak on downloading or storage. I save and delete but again I’m using as a work computer. Overall great computer for the price.

This was a excellent buy. So glad I got it for a good buy. Beautiful color.

This computer is soooo laggy it don't make no sense. I literally only bought it to do video visits with my husband who is currently incarcerated and I can beraly even so that. I don't have ANYTHING installed and it moves like a snail. The only reason I got it was because it was touchscreen and the price was decent

Bought this for my tween daughter. She is able to play games and watch videos with ease. Easy and quick set up. Charges very quickly.

I got this computer to do CRICUT projects. So in a sense, it works for what I need it for. It’s lightweight and the color is nice. But if you’re looking for a computer with a nice vibrant screen and a lot of storage, skip pass this computer.

Amazing laptop, very efficient and effective. Unfortunately didn't come with any Microsoft Office on the PC at all, wasn't on the laptop; had to be downloaded and purchased, and it was supposed to be there already. Other than that great laptop.

I liked the computer and it worked pretty fast when I tried it, but decided I wanted a larger screen so I returned it for a desk top model. I would recommend this HP - 14 for travel and for mobility.
