I received as birthday present i.really like it easy to use and great product

We actually bought this computer for my husband. He is very happy with it, but he really only uses it for being on the internet and emailing. It is simple to use and he has had no problems with Windows 11 (his old computer had Windows 10).

For the price point, this computer has done a great job for my needs. I am not a gamer, so cannot speak to that, but for maintaining household files, photos, general research, using word, spreadsheets and power-point, and travel planning, my laptop has worked beautifully. Only downfall is there is a relatively short battery life before needs recharge.

Love this laptop....easy to setup and the touch screen is super cool. I love my HP.

I love my new computer! First time for a personal laptop for home use and I am not disappointed. This is my 3rd HP computer and I highly recommend this brand. Having the Best Buy extended warranty which includes Geek Squad has been great!

Computer works great. No issues so far and its cute. I had a hard time getting my camera to connect because i am not tech savvy. The switch for the wifi is pretty much hidden and i could not find it. I googled so many times. But decided to ask my brother. The switch for the camera is at top of the computer but it’s BLACK so it blends in. Second the speaker is not as loud as i would like.

It feels better than the Dell competition with the same feature's. Battery life doesn’t seem great but I’d carry my charger with me anyways.

So far this laptop is working great. No major complaints. My only issue is with the start up screen. I have to press ctrl + alt + delete in order to get onto the laptop which is annoying. Been two months of having the laptop and has been doing this since week two. So far that is my only gripe. It has enough memory, storage, speed, and capabilities for a professional or student. It performs well thus far with any program that I have installed for work or home. I am pleased.

The laptop bought from best buy is exactly what the 'doctor' recommended. HP touchscreen laptop and i am enjoying it real good.

Purchased new laptop. Transferred my data in short time. was pleased. Took new laptop back and bought PC. Once again transferred data in short time. Pleased again. Gave me instructions w/ new windows 11. downloaded printer app and other tools. Pleased again.

Purchased it for my mom, it's been working really well. Allows her to web surf, stream videos, and have a bunch of tabs going at the same time.

Pretty fast for my needs I just wish it has more usb ports. Battery lift is decent and the screen is clear and crisp.

Had to replace my 15 year old laptop. Good choice, touch screen works well for my senior eyes. Especially when I need to see a print with more more clarity.

This was a great purchase. I love that the number key is on the right side of the keyboard, it has a clear picture, and accurate touch screen. I wish the keyboard lit up when i typed but besides that, I'm super happy with this purchase.

Good computer. Light some teacher can carry it around. Has hdmi so i don't have to has any other part to connect to system.

It really is amazing, can't have ordered a better laptop. Plus the delivery tiemframe was exceptional.
