Works really great for everyday home use. I like the touch screen, and linking my phone to it. Wish the keyboard light up. Really nice. Im having zero issues with it. Got it for taking care of business and to start up with remote work.

I bought this specifically to run a program that is incompatible with my chromebook. It was extremely easy to set up and install my program. It is responsive and downoads other purchased svg files quickly. I like everything about it except the anti glare screen. I have vision problems, and the anti glare screen mutes images for me. For my simple.needs, its perfect, especially at its low price point!

Totally satisfied with my pyrchase. Every aspect of this experience with Best Buy was satisfactory. The navigational ease of makingr this online purchase was surprisingly simple with the use of their app. Additionally, my delivery was seamless. Date and time was on point according to all the alerts I received. I will not hesitate to do this again with Best Buy, should I see something of ibterest in the future.

The screen went blank after unpacking and starting to use. Took back to BestBuy in Trussville Alabama. There was some issues in getting the store to replace my defective HP laptop with a new one. The laptop had not been out of the box very long and the store had a policy that the return time was extended due to the Christmas holidays which I was retiring the laptop within that time frame. Myself and household are HP computer/laptop individuals and has always made our purchases from BestBuy. At first there was an unwillingness to exchange, fix, or refund money for the laptop. Eventually the exchanged was made and I left a happy customer. Hopefully there are no further issues with my HP Laptop
