    This computer is okay, the keyboard feels a little cheap but my biggest issue is the battery is draining very fast. It's supposed to last up to 7 hours but that is not even close to how long it is lasting.

    i may just not be used to using a computer, because its very difficult for me to navigate, i think the operating system. also the fan spins very loudly often. i thought i did sufficient research but i wish i would have had help to pick it out

    Bought an open box item and it stopped working within 5 minutes of powering the laptop on. I would NOT recommend buying anything electronic open boxed. They claim it passed Geek Squad inspection but there's no way they checked this.

    I've had many HP computers, mostly good, some so-so. This one seems to be a T-U-R-D. Super, super slow; often crashes, won't properly install updates. Maybe I got a lemon or maybe HP's quality is falling short these days.

    The keyboard was delaminated from the computer. This is a low quality PC that is not worth it full retail price.

    I think Microsoft have to much control in the software. Too many website and apps are blocked.

    Poor performing laptop. This is second time the HP laptop display went off within 2 weeks of purchase. I definitely not recommend

    When the screen goes off or in to sleep for long time, the wifi drivers gets corrupted/miss functioned. I have to reinstall wifi drivers again to get wifi connecrion...
