For people who want a simple, cheap, good, and affordable laptop. I recommend this one.

This computer was a great deal!! It boots up quickly and runs quickly. It was also very easy and fairly quick to set up initially. It came with free Microsoft O365 so it has Word, Excel, Outlook, etc. I am very very pleased with this purchase. I bought one for me and one for my son.

I upgraded from windows 10 to 11, security reasons. Very happy with the purchase of this laptop. The graphics & speed is a lot better than my old pc. Highly recommend this laptop, it's worth it. I'm not a gamer.

I purchased a HP slimline laptop online door buster black Friday 2025. I have not worked on a laptop for 10 years. I went to library in Bonifay FL. The nice library attendant helped be sign on to Microsoft. This was very kind. Then the director of Liberty County Senior Center connected me to their WiFi and I began typing my new manuscript. The library volunteer at Hosford library connected me to their WiFi and I continued my project. Thank you Best Buy for the deal. $700 marked down to $159.

It is a great option if you’re looking for a lightweight laptop with excellent value. I would definitely recommend it to anyone who wants good performance at a reasonable price.

Good laptop for students! This laptop performs well, it really is not as slow as some claim. It is a good value for a student on a budget.

Bought this as a Christmas gift for my mom. She absolutely loves it. Does everything she needs it to do and then some. She doesn't even use her desktop much anymore. She surfs the web, uses email, prepares documents and so much more with ease. Definitely a great buy at an amazing price.

Note: this is a basic low power machine that really doesn't have enough memory on it to run Windows 11 and applications that well. I bought this machine to install Linux on. Successful, but some interesting items. Yes Linux will run on it and recognize the drivers. I did have an issue with Kubuntu (25.04) recognizing the WIFI card. On another Linux system, the WIFI was recognized without issue. After getting Linux installed the machine is performing very well, but will run out of RAM memory if you have more than three or four tabs (web-pages) open at the same time. Postivies - cpu is lower power and battery lasts > 4 hours - fairly responsive for basic activities (browsing) Negatives - insufficient memory (I knew this going in) - a little tricky to install linux on

I am completely satisfied with this HP computer. The price was excellent. Best Buy customer service was professional, and the laptop was delivered on time and has performed exactly as advertised.

I love this laptop. It's great for Internet browsing or to view security cameras via a web browser. The price was right ($200) and the speed (reboot) is acceptable. I'm pleased with this purchase.

Bought it as a Christmas gift for my teenage daughter, who will be started virtual school in the next week. So far it has worked great. She is able to play Roblox and Minecraft on it with no issues. If we run into any issues with schooling I'll come back and edit this review but so far it is working wonderfully.

This product has been excellent, the computer has worked so well, Thank you Microsoft and the Best Buy Team. Does get stuck now and again though, but nothing is perfect, if problem worsens, I'll just check in with Geek Squad.
