Great computer for the price. Large screen and keyboard

I like it! It’s fast and the touchscreen is responsive and quick. The screen size is perfect for me and my tasks. The only issue is that my caps lock does the opposite sometimes and then it’ll switch back. I don’t know what that’s about but other than that the visual and audio quality is great for working from home.

My wife has been on windows 7 since it came out. Finally with updates no longer available she allowed me to get her a new laptop. with the help of the geek squad making it work similar to W7 we are both very happy with it. Boots up nicely and way faster than her ancient W7 laptop.

Fast and easy to use just what I was looking to for

Thin and looks good. Key strokes are smooth. Screen display looks nice. I use this for basic computing; a few videos and web browsing. I would prefer a larger SSD capacity, but I can manage with the 128GB.

Good product, one of my best purchases. I use the computer a lot during college and it’s able to run any program or files I have to install. It helps when I have no issues with it.

Does just what I need it to! I appreciate that it's lightweight but feels sturdy! It has the features I need such as the 10-key. It also connected right to my printer. You never know when something is going to work right out of the box!

Perfect for school and really light. It has a good battery life on it and the sound works great! Would not recommend though to play certain games on like War Thunder.

A good starter just to keep up computer, not really for gaming. plenty big enough and fast.

So far so good. This the third HP I have gotten, the first is still running, bought in 2015, the second I bought in 2019 and I spilled water on the outside, but I'm going to see if it can be fixed and keep it for games, but I had to have a laptop that I could use immediately to pay my on the first.

Great computer for homeschooled kids, when it works. I got this for my granddaughters birthday so she would have a nice computer to start school, 3 weeks after I had to return it to BEST BUY to have them repair it , luckily I got the warranty. She loves the computer , I hope now there will be no more problems

My laptop finally got too old to function, so I went to Best Buy looking for a replacement. Not only did I find one at a most reasonable price, they transferred all of my information. I am quite pleased with this touch-screen HP laptop. It is so easy to use.

Laptop is light weight and yet has a good sized display.

I bought this laptop for my Mother for Mother's Day. It had all the features she can ever need. Only issue is, it was difficult to make Google her main search engine, as it kept trying to have Bing take over. Once I got over that hump, everything else was as good as expected. Overall great item for the money!
