I purchased this laptop because I like a large screen size and this fits the bill. I wanted to get one that is sturdier than the plastic one I had, and this one has an aluminum surface that appears stronger, Always a challenge when I get a new laptop. They don't make it easy to set these up as everything now needs to be verified by my phone to coordinate with Outlook and Windows, and it just take a lot of time.

I've had this for one month and am pleased with everything I've tried with it. I'm still working through everything I transferred to to it from my old laptop and most issues I'm able to resolve.

The HP 17.3 HD Laptop has all the features we looked at in the purchase of a new computer. We have had no problems in the short period of time since purchasing the PC. The set-up went smooth without any issues.

We went in looking at a lower model however this one had all the features. It works great. Only problem comes with a bit of overheating if you are not using it at a desk. I am glad we decided to spend the extra money to get it

Too soon to tell but seems to be a solid laptop. I wish the keyboard lit up... It is difficult to see key letters and numbers (gray keys with white letters and numbers)

I just purchased this a couple weeks ago but so far, I'm impressed. The only thing I can't figure out how to get rid of is the pop up requesting a PIN whenever I log into a site that requires log in and password. If I have to live with it I will but it's kinda aggravating. Otherwise, I would recommend this computer

I love it. It's was easy to set up. It runs so smooth.

So far the device is performing well. I am concerned about the power plug-in being small and cheaply assembled (seems a little off center). Since I have to disconnect daily. It's nice how fast it downloads and the speed of the movies I watch streaming. I have not yet used it for gaming but believe it will work well.

This is my first HP Laptop, and zi am impressed! It boots in seconds, and processes everything faster than I can Think of new things to do ! I love my new laptop!

My HP laptop was an excellent choice. I really like the large screen. The keyboard has a good feel and I like the seperate number pad.

Larger screen is an improvement given the trend towards smaller units. Also has a variety of USB, USB-c, and HDMI so an adapter isn't necessary.

It had been quite a while since I upgraded my old HP laptop. This new one is fantastic. Much faster and very smooth keyboard. Love it so far
