I love the screen size and the features of this computer! It was such a bargain considering the price that I paid for the incredible computer I got. I am very happy with it's performance so far. The only thing I recommend, is buying a wireless mouse (which I have added). The neat thing is that there is room beside the built in mouse pad to actually use the wireless mouse without having to have a desk or additional table. It's almost like a built in mouse pad. I was looking to replace a desktop with something more portable, but something that also gave me all the perks of a desk top. This laptop is fast, when multitasking, can hold all my programs, and pictures, while still giving me a large enough display. It is much lighter then I expected and easy to travel with. I would recommend this laptop to anyone who is looking for a laptop that will provide all the functionality of a desktop with great portability at an awesome price.

Great laptop, powerful, good performance and nice display screen. The only issue I have is that the battery doesn't last too long. Other than that it is a great value buy.

I had my list of what I wanted and why and I had a "little" help at the store - actually all it took was for the sales person hearing what I wanted and we went straight to it, This is my first laptop and since I've been setting things up and learning Windows 10 - this has been a wonderful experience and this computer does everything that I wanted or hoped for and the price was really great..

Purchased couple weeks ago. A solid laptop for sure. Was hoping for a little more performance but for the pricetag, I don't think u will beat it. The 17 inch screen is battery hungry be warned real life ur looking at 2 hours batt at most. Without a considerable price increase u won't find a better laptop in the 450.00 price range.

First of all, My experience with Best Buy was outstanding. The staff in the Albany NY store truly did very well by me. The product is OK. It's not great, it's not bad. I have to say it's a good value for the price, but the computer certainly isn't anything special. It feels a bit flimsy, and the keyboard is rather loud. So far not a fan of Windows 10, but I'm sure I'll adjust as I did with Vista. Overall a good value if you are looking for a basic computer, but it's certainly not a powerhouse if you are looking to do advanced PC work.

When it was time to replace our laptop we went on line and did our due diligence as well as went into the store to actually see the different products. Based on dependability. screen size, speed, memory we felt the Hp gave us the most bang for the buck.

Bought this as my first laptop, and was very nervous. Glad I went through with it. It is a great work/fun laptop with plenty of space for my music library and pictures. It's so quick that I am never frustrated by wait times as I'm working on multi program projects. The only complaint I have is that the battery life is fairly short (about 2 hours), but I assume that has alot to do with the size of the screen. Overall, great laptop for a great price.

This computer does everything I need as a caregiver. The 17" screen allows me to watch movies with my patients so they can see and hear clearly. I can keep up with important health topics pertaining to my patients. The finger pad is a little tricky but I bought a wireless mouse which took care of the problem.

I'm pleased with it for the price I paid. The downside is low battery life. But since I don't take it away from a power source much, it works for me.

The sound quality and speed are amazing!! The size of the screen is great! My daughter plays the Sims in it and it never freezes or lags.

6GB memory and 1TB hard drive for $400, plus the 17 inch screen was the best buy I've seen in a long time. Laptop is speedy with user friendly keyboard plus 10-key. Very pleased with this purchase.

I was looking for a laptop for quite sometime and I really like the storage and the design aspect of it. I will admit I was really hesitant buy it because there were little reviews online. I went in store to get it and they had it in stock. I was pleasantly surprised to see how big it is, although I kind of regretted the size of the screen. Now, I wouldn't change it for any other size I really like it. The processing and everything is really great. The battery life is also pretty good.

This laptop is fast, and easy to use. It has sufficient memory and is good for gaming.

I needed a reasonably priced computer to start a basic at home business. For the most part it works great. Unfortunately I have an I phone that I use also for my business and it is difficult to get the two to communicate with each other. It is also really big which I didn't think was going to matter when I purchased it but now that I am using it at home I find that it would be nice if it was smaller.

The first one kept crashing. Best Buy replaced it. I had to pick it up at another store. Big pain in the neck installing everything twice. I'm not thrilled with the touch pad. I do like the large screen and light weight. Thank heaven for "Geek Squad"!!

I found nothing negative about my purchase. I LOVE this laptop. Its easily mobile...Im a gamer...and its 1 TB is more then enough for me to download games i want to play. Very satisfied with my purchase!
