    I needed a new one and this was the size I wanted. I should have the Specs more closely. I wanted one with an SD card reader and an DVD player. It is an alright buy other than those two missing items.

    Bought this 2 years ago. Never worked right ever. Has been serviced 7 times and it still doesn’t work right. Best Buy refuses to replace this dud of a computer. Will never buy anything from Best Buy again.

    I purchased this laptop with complete confidence in HP as a company but have been am very disappointed with my purchase since the moment I turned it on. On day 1, the very first time I powered it on, it black screened on me in the middle of setting it up. My daughter suggested that I immediately return it, explaining that when devices have a "black screen", its referred to as having "the black screen of death". and it is not a good sign considering i just purchased it. I was exhausted and needed to type up a document immediately so returning it at that moment was not an option. I never ended up returning it and it has been a problem ever since.
