When I got it for school it was great. Recently I got a job working from home and when I added the needed programs, the computer is starting to run slow. Bought in June, got the job in August. It’s already going slow.

Sexy looking and a great value for the money. I got it my my small home business. And I love it. I hate that Microsoft software isn't included anymore. But other than that I am happy. Even the at door pick up was a breeze.

I would not recommend this item at all. I returned it. I gave it multiple chances. It is one of the slowest computers ive ever used in my life. I expected on set up that it would take a while. But even after all the setup, just booting the computer up took about 10 minutes. After that, it lagged so badly opening programs it was an exercise in futility. My 10 year old hp that I bought this to replace runs faster.

I have always been an HP laptop fan and this one has not disappointed me. It's perfect for my needs, easy to set up and start up, very fast, the screen size is great and the picture is clear. Very nice.

This piece of equipment was a very much needed upgrade. I have not purchased a laptop since 2007 or 2008 if I recall correctly. The design was super considering the one I left behind. it does not have a CD-ROM, but who has CD's anymore when everything pretty much can be downloaded and installed without additional hardware making it heavier anyway. I was used to having a left and right click button by the finger pad, so this was an adjustment for me to utilize the right click. It works great and I ended paying slightly less because I bought the open box model. Honestly, it looked new when I got it and works great for me. I was very happy with this purchase.

Read several reviews about slow start up with Windows 10. I was in no hurry to start so just plugged it in and let it do it's thing overnite. Next day up and running. Just what I wanted. An upgrade to the laptop gift from my brother 10 yrs ago. :)

Ran slowly from the moment I got it! After one year with only light use, it won’t even start!

I purchased this computer for my daughter. Our experience with it has been great. She uses it for schoolwork in the daytime, the sims 4 and roblox on the evening. We have never had any issues with the time it takes to boot up, or it randomly booting her from games due to graphics or gameplay cpu needs, it has not randomly dropped it's wifi or Bluetooth connections, it has decent battery power and a bright beautiful screen. It has performed well where our previous more expensive laptop failed. Today, I purchased another one for me.

It took about an hour to boot up for the first time. After that just going on google is slow. Wouldnt recommend

Hands down, worst laptop I've owned. SLOW, even with all updates downloaded. Currently not even sensing a hard drive onboard. Have had less than a year, which means it should be in warranty. I see they no longer offer it new, only refurbished. I'm guessing they discontinued it after all the repairs. I'm hoping mine is unrepairable and is retired.

Pretty crappy, slow computer. I'm not sure how they can charge $500 for this. It takes several minutes to load up and get going. The charger broke the second day I got the thing. It has 8GB of RAM but I feel like I am using a 1998 512RAM system. I'd say this is a beginners computer. For small children or grandparents. Should be $199 Not happy thus far

I love this HP laptop! I was especially pleased to see that it has a number pad. The screen size is amazing. Couldn't be happier and love the sales personnel and the Geek Squad too.

Researched lots of laptops online before going to Best Buy and purchasing this HP laptop. The screen is a nice large size and it has a side keypad with numbers which is what we need.

Screen Size is great! System is rather slow compared to older (and cheaper) laptops I have purchased in the past. But a decent laptop overall!

Great laptop for my needs! Fast enough and easy to use. Streaming won’t last great and zoom calls are clear with no hesitations. Large screen is great and very clear.

Good computer just slow on startup. takes about 10 minutes to level off before you can use the computer without it pausing to process.

This is the best computer I've owned that started in the mid-90s. Its lightweight makes it easy to place in my Halliburton brief case and go where you may in confidence.

This computer is very slow and is not worth the money. Tried to return it to store but the 15 day period expired by 2 days. No refund to credit card instead an in store credit. Customer service here is nonexistent.

Very happy that I was able to get a simple computer without all the bells and whistles at a fair price. Easy to set up, easy to use. Pick up was easy and convenient.

Pc was surprisingly fast considering its an older processor. Help me get projects completed. Grateful for Geek Squad who patiently set-up for me and tended to my needs. Very helpful and friendly staff 23rd Street
