This computer is fast and has plenty of memory to last me. Downside is no Bluetooth but it has everything else that win10 has to offer.

I Love the look and feel of this machine as well as the back lit keyboard that comes on when you touch any part of it then the back lit keyboard turns off after about 30 Seconds after not using it ... Love the 2 in 1, speed, power and the crisp and clean screen that you can see from every angle ... everything about this machine, to me, is perfect ...

This computer has operated as advertised, and was a great price! I wish it had a backlit keyboard, and I haven't been able to find a carrying case that fits well because the screen is larger than normal. It is very lightweight and has a very sleek look. I am very pleased with this computer.

A simple laptop.. Has a DVD reader for some software we own...Seems like most don't now. Basic machine we use as secure machine as it sees no web surfing. Only thing I can see as negative is battery life... Seems less than the old machine it runs next to. Big screen and DVD fits our needs.

lightweight . easy to use .Nice laptop with big screen

Excellent computer for my small business. Worked great out of the box. No problems so far. Great keyboard for typing or data entry. Plenty of storage for data. I use this computer for MS Word and Excel along with some internet use for research. I am glad I made this choice. The 17 inch screen is nice for multiple documents.

This laptop was a replacement for another that was going on 6 years old. We use laptop to do graphic design and advertising as well as other business related functions. We needed large screen and easy-to-use functionality. We've used HP since it bought out Compaq and it's good that the HP laptops carry on the Compaq quality.

The black screen of computer death required me to brave the world of laptop shopping. With some narrowing down of needs, a lot of review-reading and some help from the store staff, I came away with an affordable, upgraded everything-I-wanted replacement. Transfer of data was also done by the Geek Squad and all went well!

Bought this to use as a home computer instead of a large desktop. Love the large screen and number keypad. Took me a few days getting used to WIndows 10, but now that I've set my screen preferences, I find it easy to navigate. The wireless features allow me to be in any room of the house to use it. Excellent price, too.

Bigger screen lots of memory and a fast processor!

It is big enough and does all the things I like, plus some. Opens quick and easy to launch programs. It also has many good games to download and play. I did not think a laptop could be so easy to use. I had it doing all the thing my old PC did in one day or less.

I do basic things on my laptop plus I am a casual gamer. I also have a desktop pc. However, this laptop has taking over as my main computer. It is fast, easy to use, and I love the portability a laptop gives me. Best Buy has come through again!

Purchased to replace an older laptop that was so S-L-O-W I couldn't stand using it. This HP zips right along with no frustrations. I was able to set it up myself. Id recommend doing away with some junk incuded, like 6 months "FREE" security.

I really like the large screen on this PC. HP is also providing a lot of support with this model. I do feel that the laptop looks a little cheap but performs really well. Overall, its a great value although I think for my next purchase I want a touchscreen.

This is a great entry-level laptop, and the build quality feels very good on these models. However, I'd absolutely and immediately replace the hard drive with a solid state drive. The processor and memory in this unit are capable of quite a bit more performance than the mechanical hard drive will allow.

Long time dell used so after my last laptop hard drive died after only 2 years I decided to try an HP. Speed is decent enough but my only issue is battery life...no where near as long as the dell. Overall it is a great laptop for the value.

Great PC. I needed a PC to set up my work from home access with my job, my Macbook Pro was a little too new unfortunately, and this was a great computer at a great price. I love the large screen size, the speed and everything. Odd getting used to a PC again but it gets the job done well.

This is a great product. I love the large screen making it easy to see everything I have open.
