Laptop is cheap looking and doesn’t look like it would have great graphics

got a great price but i returned it because it wasnt dual band on the wifi

My wife my wife wanted the cheapest laptop available and that is exactly what she got. There is just something about HP laptops that feels cheap regardless of how much you pay for it. I'm convinced for the same price I could've found a Dell laptop with more features. Keyboard is not back lit and I think she regrets to purchase as well.

Touchpad not good. Poor weight distribution - balance not good. Numeral keypad outdated.

Was not really happy with this laptop. Flimsy, not well built. Too much plastic.

Most HP laptops are good, but had to send it off twice with one year...

This computer is terrible. I have had it 4 months and it runs slower than my 8 year old laptop I was replacing due to it getting slow. I am so disappointed. Please don't waste your money!

Been over 10 years since i bought a new compute, and things sure have gotten better with the new computers and the prices sure a lot better. This H.P. is a solid system and was very simple to get setup and connected to the Net. getting my printer/scanner connected was simple i use a wireless mouse and keyboard and it works with this system great. Installing programs went very smooth even some really old Win7 ones installed and worked but don't expect all of your old ones to work with Win10 some won't. System is very fast for a i5 and the 1 TB Hard Disk really is handy and the 8 Megs of Ram keeps things moving along with no hang ups it's just real nice laptop it is doing what i need in a computer take a look at one and decide for yourself if it meets your needs.

Ok, the open box price for me was about $275. But this is the second HP 17" I have purchased- the last one lasted about 9 years before an ransom ware attack killed it. I love Best Buy's retail stores and website and love the Geek Squad computer support service. After leaving a private business where I had access to expert computer support, the Geek Squad filled the void easily and at a fair cost. This HP model is black plastic versus aluminum but the power, speed and storage and should meet the needs of 90% of the worlds users. As usual HP builds a quality product for a very fair price.

Not what I expected. Poor wireless performance. No backlit keyboard. My mistakes - wish I returned it. Just junk. Going today to buy a "real" laptop.

Took this product back and found out it was not the "Best Buy" in computers! Could not get it to do anything I wanted. Never would buy it again.

The CD drive does not work properly. Also, Windows 10 is not a very good software program in my opinion. I would not recommend this PC.

It’s bulky and not easy to carry to school. It is literally huge. Works just fine. Bought it when it was on sale.
