We bought this laptop for our grandson. So far it is working great. It boots up fast, the big screen is easy on the eyes and has what is needed as he learns to code and create (i.e. i5 processor, 8 GB memory and 256 Solid State drive). So far we have not heard any complaints.

I had a laptop from Walmart and after many of them from that place, I will never buy another laptop from that company ever again. This laptop delivers and I'm a big HP person. So fast and amazing for what I do daily. I would definitely get this one if your in the market for a new laptop.

Since I use this as my primary computer, I really like the large screen. The display is bright and sharp. It is plenty powerful/fast for browsing, e-mail and spreadsheets. It is lighter than my previous 17" laptop but the keyboard seems cheaper. A great value for my needs.

Smooth online ordering and in store pick up process. We were looking for a fairly simple laptop for at home use and this is it! Perfect screen size, fast and not overly bulky.

The laptop was purchased for a friend. Her computer use has been limited. I wasn’t sure if it was the right choice for her. It has all the basics. After she used it for awhile and told me she loves it. She picked up the “new to her” features pretty easily.

This is the second HP 17.3" laptop I have purchased. I loved the first one so much that when I bought one for my brother I knew this would be the right choice. Easy to use, love the larger screen and overall just a perfect laptop. Would recommend to anyone.

Down loaded all data from my original computer with no difficulty and had lots of memory to spare. Computer speed is remarkable because of its Intel 8th generation i5 Core. The 17" screen is a pleasure to view.

I bought this laptop as a general purpose mobile computer and it more than meets my requirements. The larger than average screen is a nice plus. Startup is fast, as well as browsing and processing. Would definitely recommend for a student or the average business owner.

My company bought these so I could work from home. It's used mainly as a way to access our VPN tunnel, so I don't have a lot of feedback on performance, but it works well for what it was purchased for. No problems, worked right out of the box and hums right along!

I couldn't find a laptop in the 15 inch range that had what I needed. By being open to a 17 inch screen, I picked up a disc opening drawer that I really need. At this point, I haven't found any negatives. I've learned to stick with the reliability of HP products.

I needed a backup, reliable laptop to cover business functions, email, basic proprietary apps and needed a cd/dvd player. This computer provided everything on my list. It has enough speed and has performed very well after I removed the restrictive "S" part of Windows 10.

Bought it for my wife. She likes it. I was told that all you do is open it up. Well not exactly. You need to do quite a few things before you can use it. The GEEK Squad was helpful in setting it up. It is working fine now. The price was fair. Decent value for the money.

Love the large screen for TV streaming and regular work too. Many options to personalize audio and visual settings. Cortana has become a great assistant. Sound quality of speakers is terrific. Keyboard has a nice touch. Love having a DVD player built in.

Great laptop for a typical user who serfs the internet, does online banking and uses Microsoft office suite. Boots quickly and the larger screen provides good viewing for a laptop. Comes with Windows S but it's quick and easy to go to normal mode.

The associate was able to get the Laptop we wanted at a very reasonable price. He arranged for the Geek Squad to move all our data from our old laptop to the new one. He also recommended good software to combat spam and malicious software. Great job!!

Have used this laptop much more that I thought I would. I prefer a desktop with a large screen (am using a 40" tv) but needed a laptop for unique situations. The 17.3" screen is nice and I am very happy that I bought this laptop.

This is a fantastic computer. Touchscreen works well and speed is good. I like that it has a number pad as well. Definitely recommend.

Overall good laptop to assist with editing of film and photos. Storage and speed were what I was looking for.

Very fast. The 17" screen is great. Slideshow feature for desktop wallpaper is glitchy causing screen to freeze, but when turned off no problems.

Previous laptop was very slow and decided I needed to replace with one that was faster. The cost was important and with the sale price closed the deal. I have used this laptop everyday since setup and it works great. Would recommend this laptop.
