I purchased this all in one desktop for online school. I did a memory upgrade from 8gb to 16gb because I also us it for some gaming like like GTA V. I also purchased a wireless keyboard and mouse for $20. This is a great computer for your $$.

Easy set up and nice screen display. It does have a significant hum when running but I attribute that to the used purchase. Otherwise works well.

I bought this in a rush after my laptop failed during my first week of working from home. I have not regretted this purchase once- it's worth every penny. It's fast, there aren't a lot of pre-installed programs (and most of the ones that are pre-installed you can remove with ease), and the screen is one of the best I've ever seen. Some people have mentioned that you can hear the fans working to cool it down- you can, but it's at such a low volume it will be drowned out if you have any other noises around you at all. I replaced the keyboard and mouse it came with immediately because I did not expect them to be of quality- I see them as more of a convenience until you can purchase some that fit you better. But I did have to use them both for a day and they worked well! The keys aren't very responsive on the keyboard, but they're low-profile so it's to be expected. All in all I would say you get your money's worth here. I would recommend this computer to someone who wants something fast, portable, responsive, and easy to use.

I was in need of a new PC having to work from home. Price wise, this was a little more than I wanted to spend, but it was worth it. The monitor size is great and it's touch screen is every responsive. It comes with the standard Dell keyboard and mouse. It comes with a stand already assembled to the monitor. Setup is fast and easy. The solid state drive and processor speeds seem to be fast so far.

No complaints about this purchase yet. We bought it for a small business and set it up really easy. As others mentioned, there is a constant humming whenever is on but not everyone seems to hear it -I play music to mute it. The computer starts fast and the screen size is nice, it does not take much space either, so far we are pleased.

Since Windows 7 was no longer going to be supported, and our 8 year old HP desktop barely met the specs for Windows 10, it was time for a new PC. Hated to take the old one out of service because it was still chugging along! But it wasn't worth upgrading the old PC. Since we've always had good luck over the years with HP desktops and laptops, we decided to stick with HP. This is a low-end I3 processor, but I knew it would fit the bill for our use (web browsing, simple spreadsheets and word processing). This PC has SSD storage versus a traditional hard drive, which is something I definitely wanted. I was kind of surprised to still find PCs that come with a wired mouse and keyboard, which this one does. I could deal with a wired keyboard, but not a wired mouse - so we went ahead and purchased a HP Blue Tooth mouse to replace the wired one. Small price to pay for an inexpensive PC. I also wanted a CD/DVD burner because, on occasion, we use the CD/DVD burner. Yeah I know, it's antiquated. But then again, so am I...lol. The fan does make a little whirling sound, but overall it's pretty quite. The SSD storage makes access and boot-up very fast. So far we've been pleased with the product and would recommend it for anyone who doesn't need all the horsepower of a higher-end processor. We hope to get at least as many years out of this desktop as our last one!

We bought this computer back in March to work from home. The computer itself has performed very well. Great screen, fast speed, etc. However the unit will not come out of “sleep” mode. The system must be restarted every morning. We have tweeked with the settings but have yet to solve the problem.

I was a little leery of the touch screen after a bad experience with a previous HP, but this has done nothing but impress me with the touch screen, ease of set-up, and performance. I am currently one of the many working from home, due to Covid-19, and this computer has been put to the test and exceeded my expectations. Best bang for your buck!!

My old All-in-One was using Windows 7, and Microsoft kept notifying me that they would no longer support this system. So...I had to get something new, and this computer from Best Buy just fits the bill! The screen is much larger than what I had before, and the computer came with lovely nature pictures for the Screen Saver. It's easy to use, even for someone in their 70's, like me! (But I keep forgetting that it has a Touch Screen, so I'll have to remember to try that too!) :)

I havent bought a desktop in a really long time, but this one is super fast! Works really well for school work. The graphics are really nice! A good desktop can go a long way. If you honestly needed to take it somewhere else like a laptop, you definitely could since there is no tower. The whole computer is built in with the screen. I love that it doesnt take up alot of space in the home!

I bought this all in one computer for my family and I to take care of basic things like pay Bill's, school work, check emails and other inline activities. The monitor is a nice size and the picture quality looks great. The cons are the actual camera does not take good pictures, one of the keys did not work, a customer svc. Rep. suggested to return the keyboard and mouse. I arrived at the Best Buy only to find out if you buy an all in one item you would need to replace the whole thing. It's unfortunate because a lot of personal information had been stored on this device not to mention the time it would take to wait on another system (setup) so I wound up having to buy another keyboard to replace the defective one. This is what I was told by the tech mgr at the time. I am no gamer nor do anyone in my household do anything that would require us to upgrade or get the latest in tech accessories so I felt I was left with no choice but to purchase another keyboard. This system does come with a cheap flat keyboard (does not elevate). Overall its enough to take care of my household basic needs.

Great speed at a great price! Very reliable and it boots up so quickly. I love the touch screen and the voice activated typing! I literally can tell it what to type and it types it!

This computer is fast very easy to use. My only complaint is that I cannot figure out how to wake it up with a key touch. I have to turn it off and on to wake it up. Lucky thing it reboots so fast.

My last all-in one computer hard drive crashed. This is a replacement. Good screen size and with as hard drives hope this will last as we use this server for an office program with lots of read and write application. Starts much faster no problems with the network connections. USB ports on the back are inconvenient to do backups on flash drives that we do daily, previous one had side USB ports.

I've been in the market for a new computer for a while and this one met all my needs. I LOVE the large monitor! No bulky tower and it still has the built-in CD-DVD drive that this boomer requires. lol Speakers are phenomenal and it was super easy to get up and running. The only thing I would change (and I will later on) is to have wireless keyboard and mouse; easy fix. Having facetime with my grandson these days is enhanced on this system. Delivery was a day earlier than expected and curbside pickup was flawless.

I've had this computer for about 9 months now and it works great. I work from home in Data Analytics and have never had any major issues with the computer in terms of processing or speeds (other than my personal Wifi). It is fast and the screen is great & bright. I like that I can slide a cover over the camera, so even if I forget to turn my camera off, I still will not be shown on the screen. Overall this is a great all in one computer. It is easy to transport, if needed, because it is an all in one.

Easy to set up and use. Very fast. Haven’t figured out how to wake it y when it goes to sleep though - I have to force restart it.

Purchased this All In One computer to replace a rapidly 'dying' home computer. Easy to use, does not need a lot of desktop space. Installation directions for MS were very good. So far, can recommend this model to anyone needing a reliable, relatively fast home computer. Good assistance from Best Buy staff in understanding various desktops available and differences. So far, so good.

Great for Zoom meetings! Touchscreen is awesome! Doesn’t take up much room on my desk! Runs fast! Love it!!
