For some reason I can’t get the correct shipping address for the ink. Every time I try, I get the “change address” site which has the correct shipping address. Never can get a live person when trying to contact.

I am very sorry that your order was not correct. I can understand why you rated this so low.
Since you ordered this from Best Buy rather than straight from HP, you will need to get in touch with Best Buy to have them handle this. They are the ones responsible for the products they sell.
