LOVED MY NEW HP ALL IN ONE DESKTOP COMPUTER. LOVE THE EASE IN WHICH I CAN USE IT, I LOVE THAT ITS ALSO A TOUCH SCREEN. ITS THE PERFECT SIZE. I REALLY LIKE THE FACT THAT IT IS MADE WITH USING RECYCLED MATERIALS. THE SETUP WAS SO EASY. THE WEBCAM IS SO EASY TO USE. I BOUGHT THIS DESKTOP BECAUSE I NEEDED TO UPGRADE MY LAST HP DESKTOP WHICH I HAD BOUGHT BACK IN 2012. THIS WAS AN EXCELLENT BUY. I ACTUALLY TOLD MY SIBLINGS AND FRIENDS TO BUY ONE IF THEY WERE LOOKING TO PURCHASE A NEW COMPUTER.

I have been with Apple since as long as I can remember, at least 10 years. As a current graduate student I wanted something that was not too expensive, but still got the job done. HP has allowed me to effortlessly open multiple screens as well as do split or triple screens in order to multitask. I am able to be in a virtual class and have other windows open to ensure being proactive with other assignments. Why did I purchase? My husband has an HP desktop for computer gaming. I tried his set up out and loved it. I am able to drag and drop pull my screen here and there which has prevented me from stressing over apple’s tiny buttons. Bonus: when I bought this HP all in one desktop, I had no clue it was touchscreen. For a month I did my work, not knowing the touchscreen abilities until my daughter came over and tapped a link on the screen. My mouth dropped! Not only does it have a camera which you can tuck away. But also allows you to sign in with your face, take pictures and more. But it also is touchscreen. My jump drive is plugged in the back and I was able to switch out the keyboard and mouse that came with the set, for a keyboard and mouse that I had already bought to match my set up. As a graduate student, a mother, and a wife this allows me to do everything needed at this season in my life. I am so glad I bought this desktop. Love it!!!!

I love this computer. It was very easy to set up and runs great! It was an open box, marked in fair condition, and there was absolutely nothing wrong other than a missing mouse.

Our HP Pavilion PC was so old that when Windows 10 is no longer supported, our PC could not upgrade to accept newer versions. So as a Best Buy Total Tech member, my focus went first to their local store. I asked one of their associates to advise me and differentiate on the capabilities of their options. We are most happy with our decision and enjoying our new PC!

HP AIO with a small footprint to place anywhere

I am liking all the new technology with PC components making them fit into a smaller and smaller frame. Nowadays with All-In-Ones (AIO) like this new HP, you could not tell if it is a fully functional PC or just a plain ol monitor. This PC is excellent for placing anywhere you could fit a 24" screen or even in like a dorm to be a TV substitute. HP is taking great care for the environment claiming to use recycled cardboards for packaging and recycled plastics and metals for the PC itself. Setup out of the box is easy and completely tool-less. You screw the stand to the arm using the hand tightening screw on the bottom of the stand, then you insert the arm to the rear of the monitor until you hear a click. Take it out and place it where you want. Super simple. The included keyboard and mouse are wireless and while not the flashiest nor feature rich, they do feel solid and comfortable for daily use. Note that the receiver for the wireless is inside the mouse so make sure you locate and plug it in. Another personal thing for me was the base stand. Nothing wrong with build quality, but I don't understand why there is a gray(ish)? felt material on it. At first I believed it to be protection packaging and tried to peel it, but I quickly found out that it is the design. One thing I did not like was the build quality. Yes using eco friendly materials are excellent, the screen where it attaches to the arm is a weak point causing a LOT of wobbling. The 24' screen is adjustable for height and tilt but no rotation. Screen is a pretty IPS panel, but another point I did not like was QC here as I had 2 points on the screen with some bad edge light bleeding. During bright content, it is no problem, but when viewing darker colors, it is really noticeable. The included and attached speakers are really good. Watching Youtube, steaming music and even watching movies were better than adequate. It is one of the rare times I would say you don't need external speakers or headsets to substitute. Performance is good right out of the box. I do recommend and highly suggest deleting a massive amount of useless bloatware to free up space and system performance. Namely McAfee and a whole suite of HP apps. PC is great for web browsing, content creation and consumption, streaming and even workloads. Webcam is surprising great and loved it when video calling my family. Just know, and I hope anyone looking, knows this is not a gaming PC so do not try. Light titles were fine, but no point in installing Steam/Epic lol. AIO uses AMD for both CPU and GPU processing. Which actually surprises me as HP is touting this AIO for AI use, but we all know, if you want/need AI, you go NVIDIA. Nothing against AMD as the AIO fulfilled all my daily use needs just fine. 16GB of DDR5 RAM is more than enough for these specs, but in my opinion, they should at least gone 1TB for storage instead of 512GB. While there is a large market of AIO's out there, I would rank this particular unit in the mid level. It's not bad at all, but it isn't the best nor does anything stand out on it to make it shine, especially at it's price point. If on sale, then the price to performance value will look a little more attractive, but not at the 1k msrp. That paired with it's flimsy stand and QC on the light bleeding would make me shop around longer to see what's out there. Who knows, maybe you might win the QC lottery and get an amazing unit.

    HP All-in-One... Almost great!

The HP CoPilot+ Touch-Screen All-in-One (24-ct2024) is a good middle ground All-in-One PC. It comes with enough specs to land it in the middle of the pack and leave you not wanting for upgrades right away with its Ryzen AI 5 APU, 16GB of ram and 512GB of storage. It came packed well but it was weirdly packaged jumping around from box to box to get everything setup, although it was a one-time issue I feel they could've made it more straightforward. They also made some design decisions such as the soft felt like texture on the base of the stand that I assume was meant to make it so you can store your items on top of it without worrying about scratching it. This fabric will hold up well to everything except for spills as it looks very absorbent! The webcam features the easy Windows Hello sign in feature and you can pull it up or push back down manually. The fan noise can be kind of high, it doesn't kick up most of the time but when it does it does have a noticeable audio signature. I lowered of the Windows profiles to tone down some of the performance for the sake of noise, but HP does not provide anything that is obvious to adjust or to aid in this. By default, the graphics only shares 512MB of ram, so I adjusted that in the AMD software to use 4GB of ram but you can go up to 8GB. The screen touch ability works great and the panel itself gets decently bright. The audio from the speakers is nothing to write home about but you do have the option of a 3.5mm headphone jack on the back or using a USB-sound card to break out the sound. Typing on the keyboard and using the mouse was great they are both wireless and serviceable. All in all, HP's 24-ct2024 is a great All-In-One is a great mesh of build quality, design and performance that may be a little rough around the edges but doesn't have any real deal breakers.

I purchased this desktop computer for my mother - she was looking for something that would replace an older HP desktop that she has had for 10+ years. She is very happy with this new computer. The computer setup was easy, and the computer is fast enough for her daily use. Screen images are very clear, and the 24" monitor size is a good monitor for my mom's needs. It was also very easy to transfer her old computer information over. She is very happy with this purchase.

Shopping for a personal computer has never been more exciting than it is now. I was looking around for a new family PC and I found it. My family and I are Windows users and it is a smooth experience especially since my children also are heavily invested in the ecosystem. :::General Thoughts::: I was excited to receive my new PC, opening the box it is a fun experience assembling the pc was as simple as it gets, I attached the arm and base and plugged everything in and voila and got to setting up Windows 11 moments later. It is relatively easy to get everything up and running with the family account on Windows I was able to add my children’s accounts and then restore some important files using one drive. I like using Windows Hello and I see that the facial recognition has gotten better, the built-in webcam is manual and I appreciate that especially since this is the family computer and my kids use it as well and they are not as careful as I am. This device is solid and slim, there is plenty of USB ports and an HDMI port, and is snappy I have not experienced any slowdown. It does well with everyday use, we use office, my children play Roblox and that is not demanding and runs well as you would expect. The base has a good weight to it and there is no fear of it toppling over. The speakers are good and do not sound like a tin can, the display is bright & responsive. The included keyboard and mouse are decent and get the job done. My kids are really into the whole AI thing and they utilize copilot and use the apps that edit photos. I am not good with those apps or have much interest in photo editing although I do occasionally use copilot it is more helpful at times in comparison to its competitors. Pro tip the usb dongle for the keyboard and mouse is inside the mouse be sure to remove the cover and you will find the dongle there it took me a few minutes to figure out but I eventually did. :::Pros & Cons::: Pros: - Lightweight - Sleek - Easy to setup and use - Everything you need is in the box - Speakers are plenty loud - Display is good - AMD version is great and does what you require. Cons: - I do not have any complaints :::Closing thoughts::: Overall, I am very pleased with how far computers have improved, I would never have imagined that an All in one would be as small and fast as this is. If my children do not destroy this, I should not need another any time soon. I am very pleased with this device and it meets our needs as a family pc and best of all you will not need to spend an absorbent amount of money on this. :::TL;DR::: I needed a family pc and this was very appealing it did not disappoint and it meets our needs; it is a solid HP device. Check this one out or a variant of this if you prefer an Intel version.
