    Great money for the price I paid (it was on sale) Has the same features I needed, just like the Mac I had A lot of my friends have HP computers so if I need help. I call them and they show me how what to do.

    The reasons for a lower rating: first, my order arrived to the store and it was totally broken and it took a week to a week to replace it. The wireless keyboard comes with terrible instructions requiring call center assistance. The batteries that came with the computer for the mouse and keyboard were dead on arrival. No instructions or tutorials for Windows 11.
