It is a mail delivery of ink when you run out, and you will pay MORE for that. Look for ink online, or buy it from BestBuy. Printer works great, color or black. Scanner is basic and functional. Instant copy button on printer is convenient.

I haven't had to reconnect to my laptop or wifi since the first time I set it up. I just plug it in and wait a minute or two and start printing. It is really nice not having to mess with any settings and that having it off doesnt mess with my instant ink subscription, which is also great! I have the lowest amout plan since I don't print often and they don't go to waste because the pages rollover! it's great for me because I also don't like shopping for ink bc it is so expensive and I would always want to save money by not buying colored ink. With instant ink I can have both and not pay extra for the two ink cartridges. It is just really convenient and would recommend this service and printer to a college student like myself

The first one is still working great but got the price, I couldn’t resist. My only wish is that is was a little quieter and faster but it’s really no biggie. Quality is great. I have the HP print as you go that I love

I haven't had a home printer that works since about 2006. All the previous printers I've owned have been frustrating to link with the computer we used at the time. I hope all the new technology since then is much more user friendly.
