Not happy with printer. Seems to burn through ink and is always giving an error every other time we print. It’s a cheap printer. I would say you do get what you pay for. I guess I knew it was a gamble when I bought this. Next time I plan to spring for something a bit more expensive as this did not meet my needs.

it works pretty good but always have problems when switching inks have to do it several times and reset it and stuff

Works great but it drinks ink like there is no tomorrow. Not ink friendly which means not budget friendly.

Cost for hp print way more than the printer, but otherwise it is not a bad deal for students

I bought this because it retailed for 99$ so it states and got it for $29 not a very strong item

Purchased the printer during promotion. it is fine to print small amount. Print quantity is acceptable.

You get what you pay for, so don’t have high expectations with this guy.

I bought this as a gift, what a disappointment when it would not work with the chromebook. The printer kept overriding the wifi password with a much longer password. During the 3rd call to geek squad tech support, after 90 minutes of troubleshooting she told me i had until January to return it. So i did.

This printer is garbage. It is SO slow and not working properly. At first it would print pages and have lines smudged together or wouldn't print lines completely. Now it won't print any black ink, and this is with the new cartridges that came with the supposedly "new" printer that hasn't even printed 30 pages yet. I will try switching the ink out and see if that works since I've already tried cleaning it multiple times. I've noticed a problem lately with buying things from here that are allegedly new but really are not. I bought a router from here that was also supposed to be new and had to spend 3 hours with tech support to get it working because it was previously owned and locked. Luckily I got this printer on sale so it won't be a huge loss, but it's still frustrating and disappointing.
