Good for small scale use not recommend for high quality printing.

Does what i need it to do, only dislike is the wifi keeps turning off.

This thing won't connect to anything, spent 1 hour trying to get it ready, poor instruction manual, and note: you must own a router with a 2GHz band Wi-Fi otherwise forget it don't take this printer home. Plus you need to download an app for your phone to work with the printer, Wi-Fi Direct or Wi-Fi to the router no matter the app won't even try to find the printer o well at least I bought it at a discounted price only 10 dollars straight to the trash can, next time I'll buy me a bag of cheetos, that's cheaper and way more fun.

It wastes ink, printing endless status reports, can't connect properly to it from my laptop or my smart phone. Worst piece of crap waste of money ever. I wish they would give me my money back but I didn't unbox it for 4 months until we moved to our final location and set it up to use it... Just to find out that it is the most complicated thing to figure out how to use. There should be a simple way to operate this thing. I have never had trouble with a plug and play printer... This one is just a headache from the start! Never got a single page to print from it. I wish I could figure it out!

gets the job done, prints, but not double sided. the wireless and paper buttons get yellow lights all the time, so you always have to walk to the printer and press buttons to get it to print

Worked a few times; then nothing but trouble. Can't seem to troubleshoot or get help. Disappointed with HP; expected the printer to be better quality and to last longer.

I bought this printer thinking that HP was a well made device. I was wrong not only has it messed up a lot of the expensive transfer paper I use to print shirts it’s still won’t work correctly

the problem i have is with the ink, you’re forced to get out and buy new ones. i can refill the cartridges, but i can’t reset it. waste of time & money, really.

If you sign up for this cartridge plan printer you will pay double price for ink as you would a brother color laser. The cheap plan covers you for 15 pages and then they charge you for every page. The color cartridge is a hundred dollars after tax if you want to buy it. They don’t get it. Make a refillable printer at reasonable cost and people will come. Stop selling a printer for cheap money printers and drop the price of consumables. Sorry this printer was not going to work out like I was told.

HP has gone to zero. The install app doesn't work, there is no hint of how to get support, you should get a geek to install it. I recommend you buy an Epson instead.

In sure it's a great product but right out of the box it wouldn't work. It powered up and everything but it would not suck the paper down into the printer. It acted like it was jammed but it wasn't. I literally just took it out of the box and it did this. I installed everything correctly. I either want a replacement or credit for another printer. I recieved this as a gift.

I thought this was difficult to set up. I don't care for the smart cartridge. I won't buy again.

Got it for a good price during the holidays but not happy with the print quality. Not the best budget printer i owned.

To begin with, the ink cartridges were opened and the protective tape removed, so OBVIOUSLY this POS has been resold. I spent some time on it then decided to send it back to POS Best Buy and purchase a higher quality product that has not been RESOLD from a reputable store. Complete waste of my time. Should have known better.
