I bought it black Friday for a good deal, opened it in January, have literally only printed on it 3 times and now the roller doesn't work and the papers get jammed on one side!! Trying to contact Best Buy chat or get through the phone but of course no one EVER answers! SUPER ANNOYED!!! I don't even want my money back! Just replace this printer so I can print activities for my kids at home!!!

This thing is awful. Can’t connect to my 5G network so it just keeps telling me I have to use a USB cord to set it up - yet it doesn’t come with one! Worse, the only compatible cord is 24.99! Same price as the printer!! Perhaps it could have saved some serious time and frustration if they would just CLEARLY state it on the manual and fix the dang “help guide” online. So frustrating - don’t bother.

Poor performance. A few pages did print, but then I couldn't connect to my WIFI despite multiple tries using the directions and installing the software. I reached a step where I needed to use a UBS cable, but that didn't work.

Use of mixed terminology, ie: wireless, wifi, bluetooth, makes for time consuming printing.

Bought it be connected to patch cables and print wireless but the connection was not there

If you have a wireless router that is password protected this is impossible to setup. There are no go instructions on how to do the wireless setup with a password protected router.

Purchased during Black Friday and you get what you pay for. I literally could not use this more than once. It refuses to print correctly no matter how many times I clean the heads or align the printing. I have used cheap printers that aren't great, but at least they work. This one takes the worst printer award.

This printer was terrible you get what you pay for. Had troubles from the get go connecting wirelessly via iPhone. The display was terrible didn’t even get to the printing. But honestly save your money and buy a half way decent one.

not a good purchase, go for expensive HP or other brand.

Tricky to get connected from a computer. Phone may work easier

Got it at thanksgiving deal, could not use it, after set up, it kept showing error that the printer cartridge is not installed properly, tried all recommended trouble shooting, nothing worked, had to return it.

Unhappy. The product cause the ink finishes fast.

jams often, loved the price, hated the ink options. Eventually just threw it out, still on the first set of ink. Buy a laser, reliable and great for heavy or very light printing, as the toner doesn't go bad.

No directions. Must download instructions and they wouldn't download on my computer. I gave up and put it back in the box.

piece of junk so you are getting what you pay for couldn't get it to go wireless really cheaply made and flimsy always bought hp desk jet in the past this is by far the worst one ever

I am wondering if HP could have put out a worse piece of garbage than this. It would only print test pages and nothing else. I mean, it printed, but no ink was left on paper.

Stay away from HP ink subscription service. HP wants their money too fast. They shipped ink to you without asking. Printing stops working if you do not want to pay the ink you do not need.

Printed a bunch of test wasting lost of paper and ink to then not print anything. Did not connect to my computer or mobile and even after resetting it it did bot worked.

It is very difficult trying to set up the wireless feature with my wireless router. I gave up and for 2 years it is still sitting in the box.

After less than a month HP replaced this useless piece of c@$* with another one that didnt work from the start. I've always purchased HP printers, but no more.
