    Although it took a real effort to start the printer up at first, I started over and repeated the process and it worked very well! Since then it has worked very well and is easy to use.

    I had to return mine because it just wasn't working. Jammed a lot and it wouldn't print and then all of a sudden it would print everything. Wasn't syncing well with my computer I guess. It only operates via WiFi so can't use a cord if needed.

    This is by far the worst HP printer I’ve ever purchased. The connection over Wifi is super poor and it require a reset each time before a new print job. Save yourself the hassle by spending more for a more efficient model. This one is terrible!
