Loved the printer, eady to set up and use. Great ink program, they already sent me my free ink cartridges! Prints awesome photos as wrll.

I spent hours on the phone with the Geek Squad who couldn't get this thing to work and suggested I call HP. So now I'm done with Best Buy and just getting a new printer from Amazon. Too bad, since I've supported Best Buy since the 80's but no longer.

I attempted to use this printer for about a week. It went through color cartridges like crazy and after 10 or so pages would print it would just stop printing all together and I could not get it to work again, almost as if it was over heating. I'm sure it's great if you are printing like 1 or 2 photographs but any kind of attempt at office work I do not recommend.

Constant connectivity problems... Constant. We now have it connected it to the computer via a cable and still battle it every time printed document is needed. Extremely disappointing.

Purchased on 4/8/25 in store. Clerk said no more left and they would order one and email me when it arrived in store so that I could pick it up. Never got it! I called a week or less after purchase and the girl at customer service told me it was still not shipped to store. Called store again on 4/24/25, was on hold for 30 minutes (8:28 PM to 8:57 PM) and they disconnected me! Called the (888) number and have been on hold for 20 minutes already! Meanwhile, I logged into my account and it actually states that I purchased in store, and they make it look as though I received it!!!! What nerve! What horrible experience! People just don't care about how they treat others anymore! I will always tell people about the bad service at Best Buy.

This printer has been nothing but problems. It's constantly stopping mid-print. Will start it over on it's own several times wasting a ton of ink and paper. Then suddenly, hours later, will spit it out. It's not my wifi as I WFH and have no problems with lagging or going out.
