The printer's cartridge ran out after printing only 10 items. I went to buy a replacement cartridge, but it didn't work; I got a cartridge with the same serial number as the one on the printer. It's a terrible product, definitely don't buy it.

Hard to set up and connect to Wi-Fi instructions are not detailed for the average person. Would not recommend. Replacement ink cost as much as the printer. Returned to Best Buy

It is not compatable with a lot of Chromebook laptops, so check carefull before you buy this printer. I can scan with it, just cant print anything from the internet.

Terrible. Can't get HP app to recognize the product. I bought protection plan and they say it only covers hardware. I am returning as they told me the protection plan would cover everything. I am sorry I brought this from BEst Buy too.

The printer did exactly what I expected. I did not require any high fidelity product ie. speed.

It lists that it prints two sided. My last computer did this automatically. I didn't realize until I used it, that I had to turn the paper over to print two sided. Also, it is very difficult to get to the ink to change cartridges. Have to have small hands and nimble fingers.

Tricky to set up. Once you practice enough times, it prints well.

To be honest, this is one of the worst printers I've ever owned. I had a previous model that worked great for several years, almost identical. When that one stopped working and I replaced it with this one, I was extremely disappointed. It frequently has issues when printing that require me to cancel prints, turn off the printer, restart it, and sometimes takes me 15-20 minutes to print one one-page document. With the constant stopping and restarting of prints, it uses more ink than it should. I regret buying this printer.

Wife was not happy with this printer at all, paper loads from the back and jams paper does not stay clean while your are not using printer. Could not figure out how to scan with this all in one. so have disconnected and and brought HP Envy Inspire 7900e all in one. She is much happier.

Printer takes a long time to print or items being sent from computer to printer take a long time to appear in the print queue.

Do not waste money on a cheap printer. Loses WiFi connectivity every other print job. Very temperamental when reconnecting. Takes forever to print 1 page. Returning for refund.

Hope to maximize capability. To include my wi-fi connection.

Slow, slow slower than any printer I have had!! Printer itself was a great one long ago! But now printing or running a copy takes for ever! And not always accurate! Had one like this many years ago, so sold on it I didn't take my receipt at time of purchase! Now will try to find a new printer! Know for sure it won't be this one!!!

Its an okay get you by printer. Hp has better printers but this one does the job for now.

This was a terrible buy. I am sorry that I bought it. It doesn't print all of your article. I have to check my printouts after printing to see what was left off and usuall have to write some of the material that was left off. It also makes too much noise when it starts to print. It scares my cats. I do not like it at all.
