The printer was very easy to setup and use right out of the box

Scanner only worked during the initial set up, and now everything is connected and working, but it says offline and will not scan. I am tech savvy and have performed all of the trouble shooting step and it still does not work. It does print nicely and I do like the auto ink shipment options. I do not like that you have to use an app to operate the scanner and other functions.

Much more than I expected! I had read some reviews that stated it would be difficult to hook up, not so in my case, had it done in less than 10 minutes! I'm impressed with the print quality. The only negative comment would be that it is a little noisy but I can tolerate that with the great print quality.

HP 2800e does everything as advertised. I like the lightweight aspect of it as I can move it around easily. Had an older printer that was complicated to use the scan feature but this one is surprisingly easy to use.

I bought this printer because I had to upgrade to Windows 11 and needed a new one. I was not pleased with it at first because the power cable is very difficult to stay in place. I finally got it to stay by pushing it in as hard as I could. Now that I got that working, the printer itself works nicely. Very poor designed cable.

The size is good, but the Control Panel is difficult to see but at least it is there on the outside of the printer. Good for printing and making copies.

I like the size and the print copies are great. I had some difficulties getting it set up so that it would print from my Chromebook.

Works great, but an issue made it impossible to get it to respond, had a personal tech friend help, it wouldn't talk to the pc,finding took the pc out of S mode , and wallah, it fired up, a heads up from Hp would have been great!

Works good. Came with 3 months of extra ink. App didn’t install correctly on the Mac first time, but just needed to delete printer from list and re-add and everything works great. Can’t beat the price.

The printer is efficient, quick, good size! and you get the ink bonus!

Everything works well except that I upgraded my AT&T internet to Internet Air and was told I can’t use the WiFi anymore to run the printer. It is outdated. I had to purchase an Ethernet cable.

Great printer for the price thank you so much best buy! Not really a high earner here so very nice to get a cheap awesome printer! I picked it up after I finished working at 5. Very quick and simple easy one, no line in and out in 5 mins. Great job guys!

My old printer was not working so I had to purchase another. I picked this HP cause I have had great success with HP in the past. This is an excellent printer for what I use and need it for.

My old printer was starting to give out, so I was looking for a new cheap printer. The setup is very easy. The only thing I don't like about it is that I have to download an app. For use, it's very simple. Even my parents, who aren't good with tech, can print stuff with ease.
