Easy set up and worked quickly! Happy with new product after not having a printer for years

Printer meets and exceeds all of my expectations. THe printer was super easy to set up and start using.

Easy to set up, works quickly. Bonus you don't have to buy into an ink plan

It might work. Stupidly it sat in a closet for seven months until my old printer's ink supply ran out. Then I set it up. After printing a test page, the color cartridge failed, so I ordered a new one. Until then, it won't print! It doesn't seem like you can tell it to print black only. HP recommended using their app to install, that didn't work. It did work on Windows. To print two sided it prints all of one side then prompts you to re-insert the paper backwards! Highly usable? Not. I guess there's no two sided scanning capability. Generally a cheap piece of plastic. One might want to spend more for something somewhat more functional. With this printer you'll never need to stop telling HP that you don't want to subscribe to ink!

Once setup is complete haven't had any problems. Easy to print to. Took a little longer to setup than I thought it would take. Some of parts were giving me errors or took a while.

I didn't keep this printer. First, it would not connect with my HP computer. Second, trying to locate where the ink cartridge was a challange for me. I finally found where they went and that is when I knew I couldn't keep this printer.

Fair price for small jobs, no complaints about this product

A simple printer for my personal needs at home. I wouldn't recommend it for an office setting, but for home, for some small jobs, it works great!

Working great. Looks amazing and defensively love it.

A problem in that the plug does not fit and stay in the back of the printer. I had to tape the plug to the receptacle. Too much trouble to box it up and return it. Also complicated to connect to my older computer.

Great printer does the job well. I had to print more than 1500 pages and I did it in 2 days by giving 10 min breaks every 50-100 pages. It worked very well. Did not create any problem. Seamlessly connects to wifi and you can print from any device in the wifi network.

I am glad I got this hp printer. Small, good price and perfect for my needs.

Purchased in a hurry (our printer died). We use in our home office. The speed and quality exceed my expectations. Very easy to set up. We needed HP customer support to help with the ink program. The cost of the printer, 4 months of free ink and Best Buy’s warranty was less than my last purchase of only colored ink.

Great printing and sleek. I dont do a lot of printing so it isnt over used. Scanning is clear and easy to do.
