This is a great desktop for doing art/graphics and for office work. It's not all that good with gaming, but I do have a gaming laptop so that doesn't matter to me. If you are looking for a cheap gaming desktop, find something a bit more powerful. I will only play Skyrim (low quality) on this. I believe you can add a new graphics card to this if you wanted to? Don't quote me on that. The Geeks can answer that for you! Otherwise, overall pretty happy with this product!

Bought this desktop to replace a 10 year old one that died. I use it mainly to go through eemails, surf the web and type excel, word and power point documents. Works great for that purpose. Geek squad was able to retrieve my documents from old computer and transfer to new computer. Well worth the fee.

Good for price and size easy to use great picture and sound

This is a replacement of my 10 year old HP desktop. I love everything about it. The color is great matching my printer and the rest of my office furniture. It's also lightweight and definitely much faster than the previous one I had and easier to operate but there's still alot to learn.

We purchased this computer so our sons wouldn’t have to share a computer for on line school work. It works great, is fast, and installation was a breeze. Great price too

I am very pleased with my new HP desktop computer. The Geek Squad agent installed it and transferred my data in a very professional way and timely manner. The computer is much faster and it was very easy to get used to Windows 10 after using Windows 7 for a long time. AS always, I am very pleased with Best Buy and will continue doing business with them.

I absolutely love the performance of HP desktop - the AMD Ryzen is fast and the storage capacity has excellent available access. Th ease of use and the speed of the processer is remarkable. Compared to my old system that I updated from the system has great access and speed

Very satisfied with my purchase, when my computer hard drive gave out it was time for an upgrade and I couldn't have made a better choice. Set up was easy, and it is so much smaller in size than most which was a big plus for me when space became an issue.

We had an older desktop. It was time for a new one. Purchased this one on the advice of Best buy personnel. It does everything the old unit did in a fraction of the time! Also, it is much smaller than the older unit. We are very pleased with this purchase.

I needed a replacement for a Lenovo desktop that I had some problems with after a couple of years of use. I thought I'd try an HP desktop, as I've had several of their printers for many years without any problems. This pc was extremely easy to set up and run. I do several hours of online gaming each day and have had no problems with anything I wanted to do. I'm very happy I selected this HP computer.

great machine, ppt seems to crash occasionally but I think this is a Microsoft windows 10 issue, not a issue with the HP. I use this a secondary computer for work when I need to use excel or ppt.. I transport it about 2 times a week between a cabin and my main house and it is light, fast and gets the job done

Good purchase to replace my old HP windows 7 running a Chrome browser. Apprehensive to update old system due to Windows 10 negatives. Not very computer savvy, but had no problems connecting this computer with my old printer, wireless keyboard and Bose speakers. New Windows 10 system update was very similar to Chrome and Chrome is easier for me. Keep in mind you'll need to buy external speakers if you don't have them. Also this may be the last time you'll see an internal DVD/CD reader in a tower. Confusion in description of processor speed. If it's a 3200 g as stated, then I believe it is 3.6 ghz, not 2.6 as shown. Anyway fast and smooth enough for my needs.

The 1st one was a lemon! took it back after 3weeks of use and was told it needed a new ram, mother board and cpu. After waiting to see how much time this would take to fix called the local store where it was purchased and they shipped out a new one because of the C-virus. Happy with new one, sometimes u can get a lemon.

Good fast Pc for doing light work like browsing the internet or watching Netflix. Can run lower end games and stuff but I would just stick to using as a home tool for searching the internet and things.

Super quiet - super fast - outstanding PC for the money. My only complaint is that when HP updates the drivers - all of my settings are reset and apps that I disabled are re-enabled. Minor inconvenience for an otherwise great desktop PC

Great pc for the money, super fast. I will never buy another pc with a Hdd, the ssd starts up in 6 seconds and ready to go and not to mention dead quiet. Would buy another in a heart beat.

I was in need of a low cost solution to having to work remotely ASAP. I hooked up two screens and plugged it in and it worked without any issue. Sole use is to connect to my work computer via citrix and it works a dream.

Overall this is a great computer. The speed is quite fast. Purchased to play fortnite and the graphics are satisfactory.

Very satisfied with the way this desktop operates. It is a big improvement to the one we had previously. Also it is solid state which is a big plus.

Excellent computer. Very fast. Easy to setup for personal use. Great price. Love that it has an on-board DVD read/writer, which most newer computers do not. Since many programs are still on DVDs, it makes sense to have a DVD reader.
