Great laptop, however, loud hum of processing is a little irritating at times. Great buy.

I needed a new laptop without spending all that money. I had my brother who is in IT help me make a choice. I work from home and didnt have the option of waiting for a big sale. so far no complaints.

I bought this laptop to fulfill my needs as a Professional Christian Entertainer. It worked very well out of the box. I have not had any issues at all. The 16gb ram has allow me to operate many applications at once. Very good refurbished product.

I bought this 16gb i5 ssd at a refurbished price..less than $430..so, I hope it doesn't crap out on me, but so far so good.

Computer was in good condition for a refurbished unit. It had a nice clean install of windows 10 pro. No bloatware all that was needed was to update the hp drivers. I have had the laptop for a couple of weeks and am happy with it.

Bought this after returning a Lenox that was impossible to use. Very happy with the ease of this HP model. My son loves his new laptop. Cannot even tell it is refurbished.

I bought it refurbished. Been using it for mostly study and office tasks. Great laptop, great smooth performance, no issue since I have been using it.

Was very pleased to be able to purchase a "new" computer in my budget. It's serving me very well. The only drawback -- and this I didn't find out until the manufacturer slipped in a note with my delivery -- was that the original battery power is greatly diminished when a machine is refurbished. But it's all good; I'm pleased all the same!

Bought this for business purposes along with the Microsoft program and works great with good battery life as well.

Works like it is brand new. It even has an upgraded 802.11ac Wi-Fi adapter.

I bought this computer for deejaying , as the specs showed that it had enough power for everything that I needed. I only had it for a week before it crashed twice. Again it was only used for that purpose, so I had to return it.

Still using it today. Works like a champ. Very good deal for the money and so reliable. I take it everywhere and it never fails me
